+ -1 moreWe were extremely impressed with this fellows' knowledge, dedication, work ethics and customer service. He was very prompt returning our phone call and always very thorough in educating and explaining things to us. He was referred to us by the gentleman from Union County that came to do our annual well water sampling. This was the third of three consecutive checks of our well water that found bacteria growing (at closing, in 2005, and now). We recommend Mike Vaught with EGIS without reservation to anyone whom might need his services.
Description of Work: We discussed our well situation with Mike Vaught over the phone. He explained his services and gave us an estimate. We decided to have him do the work and a time was scheduled for a couple of weeks out when he would come and do the work. He was on a job in PA. when we first called him and he has a multi-state area. He came to our home a performed a video analysis and gave recommendations of how to fix our problem. He coordinates with the well company that has dug our well so they can be present that day as well. He leaves us with a copy of the video to view at our convenience and written recommendations.
