+ -1 moreThe final design was outstanding. Mr Marks assisted the customer in locating a contractor to build the project. He also assisted the customer in an attempt to secure financing. In this regard, Mr Marks spoke to and even met with loan officers to support the customer in her quest for financing. Mr Marks is a fantastic designer and this customer can never thank him enough for all of the work that he has done. Customer first contacted Mr Marks after having worked with a different designer on the same project. That first architect charged far more than did Mr Marks but the results were completely unsatisfactory. It is clear that Mr Marks is the first architect to consider for your next building project.
Description of Work: Designed new home. The early designs were beautiful but not perfect. Customer made comments and Mr Marks would redo design so as to include the changes that the customer was requesting. This happened many times. Mr Marks continued to produce updated designs and deliver in a timely fashion to the customer for review. Despite the fact that the customer was constantly suggesting alterations to the design, Mr Marks continued to work until customer was finally satisfied. This process took many years and Mr Marks never once complained nor did he stop trying to please the customer.
