+ -1 moreOverall the experience was positive although I felt rushed by staff since it was approaching closing time. I will continue to shop at Dickenson's. They offer a large variety of plants and trees at varying stages of maturity.
Description of Work: Consulted with staff on store site and purchased plant materials for landscaping project.

+ 0 moreThe tree didn't fit in my car, so they brought it over for me and installed it. When my water feature pump broke, they told me what to do (while on the phone with me) in order to fix it. They are very pleasent, knowledgable, and are always willing to help out.
Description of Work: I bought a tree from them which they installed for me. They also helped me fix my water feature.

+ -1 moreThe designer was very nice, but we weren't particularly mowed by her ideas, and the actual work was not great. One large plant was practically plopped down onto dirt instead of being planted, and weeds were moved, along with shrubs.
Description of Work: We requested design help for our gardens to fill in the blank spots and help moving around some plants.
