+ 5 moreDavid built my home in Chapel Hill and did an amazing job. The house won the Gold Medal in the Parade of homes in 2005. We decided to move to Raleigh and found a 20 year old home with more than it's share of very odd issues. First person I called was David Daniel. He got an architect involved and helped us turn this new home into an amazing property. He has an amazing talent for seeing the potential and getting things done. The work is stunning and the prices are very fair. People doing before and after walk throughs are blown away. He is honest, easy to work with, and very customer focused. I have built about 6 homes, and have not seen anyone as good as David at building from the ground up. Now, I see first hand that he can remodel and renovate equally well. he works from Chapel Hill through Durham and Raleigh. he as good as it gets.
Description of Work: Built New Porches Installed exterior Columns Changed several walls Resided the entire house Changed many windows Completely re-trimmed the interior and exterior Refinished the Hardwood Floors Removed popcorn ceilings Repainted interior and exterior Basically completely renovated a house
