RESIDENTIAL ELECTRICAL, REMODEL & REPAIR We primarily do electrical work, replace a switch, rewire a room, troubleshoot a vexing problem... We are your solution, we can take care of needs that go from tiny to tremendous! We can assist with under cabinet lightingand recessed lighting for your kitchen remodel, replace and install new lighting and light fixtures, ceiling fan's, as well as outdoor security lights and landscape lighting. We can rewire an outlet or a whole room. Add an outlet for your flat screen TV. Replace old electrical outlets and switches or install new ones where needed. Run new electrical lines. Replace your electrical panel or Upgrade your service. We are also skilled in appliance replacements, we can replace the following: over the range microwave, cooktop, range, exhaust hood, warming drawers ad wall ovens. We are licensed to work on single family detached dwelling only, (We can NOT work in a duplex, condo, townhouse or apartment as it is no longer in the scope of our license, as those are considered multi-family dwellings.)

Description of Work: We contacted Creative Electric to quote on providing five or six different services, the major ones being installation of a stage 2 surge protector and a ceiling fan. CE not only provided a detailed itemized quote and offered advice on the value of the surge protector (it can't stop a direct strike), it performed several minor services for free during the free quoting process. It performed the services on time and for less than quoted. Can't ask for more!

Description of Work: We bought two hours worth of electrical work which was what we estimated we needed. We spoke with the owner of the company and his wife and told them some projects we would like to have done. Once we knew how long the work would take and prices for materials we thought we would proceed from there. We got a very lengthy estimate for work requiring two electricians and materials/labor for about $3000!! When we decided to cut the list down fewer items, we never heard from them again, despite sending emails. I guess the job just wasn't "big" enough for them. We were very disappointed that this company wasn't willing to work with us.

We are a company that strives for excellence and integrity in customer service, and we are very sorry that you feel as if we have not provided that for you.
