Creative Electric Of North Carolina

The work done on the lights by Creative Electric of North Carolina never worked properly. When I called they said it was a defective light and never offered to come out and fix it again. The guy was nice but it's not good customer service not to come out and be willing to look at whats wrong. You would think they would call to follow up to see if I got the problem fixed. He did fix the issue with the air conditioning.

We had been communicating with Creative Electric through email. Somehow an email got eaten and we lost touch with them until after the Big Deal expired. Today Lisa followed up with me and agreed to still honor the Big Deal despite it having been expired for several months. We look forward to working with them!

Fantastic - we felt like we got a lot for our moneys worth and will continue to use Creative Electric for future projects.

It went very well. He had an opening the same day I called, and showed up on time. He figured out the problem and gave a reasonable estimate.

Absolutely excellent work. In particular, I really appreciate the effort on the front end; Mike and I emailed back and forth prior to him coming out in order to determine exactly what would be done for these two relatively minor projects. In fact, he even tried to suggest a solution to my pantry light that I would have been able to DIY. Unfortunately, what I thought was an existing junction box turned out to be random wiring from a previous security system, but I truly appreciate his willingness to suggest options that didn't involve me paying him! The work was done in a timely manner, and we couldn't be happier to have light in those two previously dark areas. Mike did a great job of figuring out the most economical but functional way to install both lights. We will definitely call him for our next electrical project! As a side note, I emailed Mike a few weeks back after the outdoor outlet on our front porch suddenly stopped working. I was prepared to have him come out and replace it, but he suggested checking the GCFI outlets in our kitchen and garage first. Lo and behold, the GCFI outlet in the garage was the culprit; a bad string of Christmas lights in the front yard had had tripped it, and all I had to do was reset it in the garage. And I was doubly grateful to Mike for the suggestion to check all the GCFI outlets because our chest freezer is plugged into the one that had tripped; by the time I had figured that out on my own, we would have lost a freezer full of food. Just absolutely excellent service!!

We purchased the the Big Deal for two hours of electrical work to have some dimmer switches installed. The electrician was punctual an d professional and installed the switches efficiently. He did have to check in with the owner/chief electrician with a couple of questions, but was able to complete all of the work within the two hour time frame.

The electrician was very helpful, polite and courteous. Wonderful experience.

He was on time and very friendly. I haven't had any trouble with The item he installed. He even showed me how to perform some minor fixes myself on some smaller projects.

Pleased with the work. Pleased with the worker. Likely to use them again. I did not shop around on price. So the price was at least good but I cannot tell you it was the lowest possible price. Great work at a good price is value.

I have used Creative Electric before which was why I contacted them again for installation of several inside light fixture, one of which was located in a stair well and was hard to reach. The technician was courteous and professional and completed the job in a relatively short time period. I also had him caulk an outside light fixture that the company had installed last year and forgotten to caulk. Although the caulking was a simple 2 minute procedure, they discounted my bill for a complete hour to make up for the fact that they had forgotten to caulk last year. They went over and above board to make sure that I was satisfied with them. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Work went very well overall

Mike and his assistant were very professional and pleasant. They always showed up when expected and got the job done efficiently. They were always willing to change anything we didn't like (location of exiting cable, etc) as we went along even if it wasnt in the original plan. He knows a lot about of different kinds of lighting and made several helpful suggestions and we were very pleased with the level of service and quality of workmanship. We would definitely recommend working with them.

Bought their special deal and then procrastinated doing it for a few months. They still let me redeem part of the deal even though a really long time had passed and deal had technically expired. Technician was on time and although he looked really young, he knew his stuff and was completely prepared. He finished the job quickly and expertly. With time left he also helped get a broken outdoor light bulb out as bonus work. Overall i was very impressed and would use this company again

We hired Mike to install recessed lighting in several rooms in our home. He was very thorough and detailed during his initial visit, and provided a nicely written estimate the next day, breaking everything down by category. He was also very patient and answered all of our questions. He is very knowledgeable and professional and did a wonderful job. We would definitely seek out his services again in the future.

He was efficient and did a fine job

The workman was fast, efficient, courteous, knowledgeable. There was a considerable lag between the time I placed the order and when the technician finally appeared, a week or more. The work done was on an "Angie's Special".

Creative Electric was easy to reach by phone and the ability to email quotes and communications, maximized our time. It took a while to get us scheduled, but everything went quite well. Mike is a pro and he made quick, high quality work that could have easily cost twice the amount he charged me. His billing is "Square enabled" so I was able to pay using my credit card. He also identified a problem early in the day so that we had time to get to Lowes for additional hardware so that all the work we needed to done was complete when he left. We now have a friend in the electrical business.

They were great to work with and I plan on using them for any future electrical needs.

Their electrician came in was polite and helpful. He did a wonderful job, showed me the spare crystals and even took my old fixture to be donated to habitat for humanity. A great experience start to finish and I could not have been more pleased with the result.
