Excellent job. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Was on time and worked hard through the day to get the job done with minimal disruption. Was the only one of three bids that presented a clearly outlined cost estimate, and then came in under the estimated cost. Did an excellent job cleaning up at the end of the day. I would hire Creative Electric in the future.

Went great - Creative worked me into their schedule the same day I called. Electrician and his assistant were very professional, showed up earlier than planned (which was fine since I work from home) and efficient in solving the problem and getting everything working again.

The provider did an excellent job. One person came to the house and provided an estimate which was very close to what I paid for the job. After carefully listening to what I wanted to do, he provided excellent guidance. The staff who performed the work did a terrific job. They were knowledgeable and polite. The work was done quickly and without disruption to my schedule.

Mike was very personable, and professional. He handled everything in a timely manner and thoroughly. If the need arises, I will call on him again.

He's friendly, brings everything with him, and very thorough. He does a perfect job. His wife answers the phone and books everything and she is great as well. It's a nice little business.

Mike was prompt and very friendly. The work I had him do is part of a larger DIY project. He explained what he was doing & pointed out several things I'd need to fix/improve to meet code.

Everything went well at the time but a few months later the wiring had to be rewired because the tenants complained the fan wasn't working properly.

This was an EXCELLENT experience provided by Lisa and Mike Sanfilippo, CreativElectric, Chapel Hill, NC. Lisa made the appointment for Mike to replace a ceiling fan after she offered a helpful suggestion about light bulbs we had in a bathroom light fixture that were flickering and buzzing... using incandescent bulbs in both fixture sockets stopped the flicker and buzz. Mike came promptly as scheduled, actually a bit early, to replace an existing ceiling fan which was working but it made a semi-hum noise when running... I think it was over 20yrs+ since being installed and it was still going; Mike pointed out the noise may have been due to the loose blades he found on the old fan, but the new fan had been purchased and its light bulbs in the light kit are easier to change-- so, Mike took down the old fan and installed the new fan in about an hour. (He made it look sooo easy... I do remember the old fan was very heavy and I needed 3 hands to install it plus I recall voicing some salty phrases m'wife hadn't heard since my days as a sailor.). When Mike finished there was minimal stuff for him to 'clean-up' and my new fan was soon silently fanning the breeze! I'm really pleased at the quiet from the fan and the installation Mike provided ! I'd give "A+" for all categories reviewed if possible.

From the beginning I had to chase them down with multiple phone calls and emails. I explained the work I was looking for in detail and even sent them pictures before they came out. We finally arranged for someone to come out and scope the work. I never received any communication after that. I believe the work I need done (a new breaker box hooked up to the power company supply) was outside their comfort zone, but that doesn't mean they should have ceased communication. My search continues...

Mike and his team are excellent at what they do. We used Mike several years ago for kitchen remodel and knew we wanted him for our bathroom remodeling as well. They work very well with our contractor and were very punctual and responsive. As the project moved along there were a few additional things needed - we got fast turnaround on that estimate and on the work being done.

Lisa and Mike make a great team. I spoke with Lisa to set up an appointment and mentioned the issues. She asked for photos so that Mike would have everything he needed once he arrived. When the appointment day came, Mike assessed the situation, gave me an upfront quote without me having to ask for one, and treated my house with care and respect (as if it were his own). Like everyone else who has left a review, of course I would use him again if needed.

Work was completed in professional manner. I was very pleased with the workmanship. I would have used them again, but never received a call back with availability.

They arrived promptly at 9;30 am as arranged.Worked 2.5 hrs, cleaned up and left.

Expert service, performed professionally and on time. Will recommend to friends, and will be using Creative Electric again.

I was satisfied with his work. I had the Big Deal offer where I paid $99 for two hours. I wanted the lights replaced however, there was wiring outside and he could not really replace them because that outdoor wiring was not in code. He had to run a wire through the inside so he did offer a legal solution. But it was just that I was not ready to make up my mind about that. That would involve more money and more time. So his advice was valid. He was really nice and reasonable. He offered some other suggestions. He did remove the lighting and cut down the wire. I think he also installed a light fixture where he did not need to run wires. I got my two hours of worth, I thought it was a good deal and I would go with them again for any additional electrical services. Price wise it was the big deal so it was not his regular pricing but it was good. But it is not a reflection on his business unless there is another big deal for the people.

Had a difficult time in the beginning getting in touch with someone. Apparently they were swamped with customers b/c of the Angie's List Deal. Later they were on vacation and took several days to respond. But the technician, John, was very nice and knew what he was doing. He completely cleaned up after himself.

Mike came on time and gave me an estimate for installing my new oven and warming oven. He seemed to have a fair price and seemed very knowledgeable. We hired him for the job and he did a great job. He was professional, curtious, through, and flexible. We were having our kitchen renovated and he worked around the cabinet installer's schedule. Even coming back another day to finish the work he was hired for. He was punctual and cleaned up after the job. We like him so much we hired him for another job we will have. Now we have the name of a good electrician.

Creative Electric Of North Carolina did a good job. They were very nice and they worked with me. They didn't have the light bulbs but that I can understand, they didn't have any of the Forbes. They did a really good job and they worked with me. They were very responsive.

Excellent. I would not hesitate to call these guys back for any new electrical needs.

Mike came first to provide an estimate. He was friendly, professional and on time. After giving the estimate my husband mentioned we had a smoke detector to replace that he did not know how to install. Mike installed at no charge! That amazed me, since he did not know if we were going to use his service or not. He also gave us the name and number of a person to repair the drywall after the job was completed. He e-mailed the estimate within 24 hours. The person he recommended for the drywall repair responded and came the next day to give his estimate. We decided to have the work done. Mike arrived today (on time) and completed the job within 4 hours. He has a young man (17 years old) as an "apprentice" and I was impressed in how he was teaching him the trade. Having raised 4 sons it was nice to see someone giving a teenager a chance at learning a trade. We are very satisfied with the work Mike completed and would highly recommend him.

They did a good job, professional, and I have no complaints against them. I would use them again.
