+ -1 moreHe arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He moved quickly and within a few minutes was able to provide a reasonable estimate of $65/visit. We agreed and asked when he could start. He mentioned that he would have to look at his schedule and confer with his employee and would call us in a few days. We waited for his call, but it never came. We waited for an entire week (7 days), but never heard back. After seven days I called to inquire if he was any closer to determining availability. He seemed slightly annoyed and indicated that he had not had time to determine a date and would call in a couple days. That was four days ago - eleven days from his initial visit and estimate - and we still have not heard anything from him. We appreciated his initial quick response and his reasonable estimate, but are now reluctant to agree to his service if our recent experience is indicative of his performance and level of service. His work load may be very heavy, but a quick phone call to tell us that would have been sufficient. Instead, we've lost several days and have to start our search over again.
Description of Work: We called and spoke with Andre about performing a bi-weekly housecleaning. He was initially very responsive and scheduled a time to meet and provide an estimate within 48 hours of the call. We were interested in basic cleaning, including floors, counters, bathrooms, and vacuuming.

+ -1 moreAndre was very quick to respond to my query about their service and flexible about meeting me in the evening to give me an estimate. Although I think their cleaning is so-so, the $60/visit price is $20 less than I was paying with another company. Certainly, they do a better job of cleaning than I would. For those on a budget, I would definitely recommend them.
Description of Work: I have my house (2 bedroom, 2.5 bath) cleaned on a bi-weekly basis by Darcy.

+ -1 moreAndre is excellent. He is reliable, responsive, works efficiently, is flexible and treats your home as if it were his own.
Description of Work: Andre provides bi-weekly routine house cleaning. In addition, he periodically undertakes cleaning things like windows kitchen and kitchen cabinets, etc. An extra bonus is that he has his own carpet cleaning equipment and has agreed to come by to do the traffic areas ever so often.
