+ -1 moreShe was very unprofessional in general. Did not answer phone, always to voice mail. Calls took a day to be returned. Very difficult and angry. Very combative and emotional in negotiations. Didn't seem to care whether she sold house or not. She mailed a check in an unsealed envelope. She reduced size of contract documents being faxed and emailed to a size that could not be read.
Description of Work: We bought a house from a seller represented by Cheryl Symons.
