They did a quality job with the painting. No paint got on the trim or the carpet or the furniture in the room.

This was not a good experience. They were running a special on Living Social so I grabbed two of the vouchers. The vouchers were $85 and were said to represent a $325 value each. I had a lot of painting to do, so I thought it would be great to have these guys knock out all of it. They came out, looked at the four rooms I wanted done and quoted me a price of $1,105, which sounds cheap until you realize that doesn't include the paint. They have good reviews on Google, so I said let's do it, how much will you give me off that price for my two vouchers. He said three hundred. I replied that surely we could do a little better than three hundred as they were allegedly a $325 value each. Here is his reply: Hi Zach, You can combine the LS vouchers to paint the walls in a room larger than 12x4x9. I believe these can also be refunded by LS. We can apply a $300 discount, however this is not what these vouchers are intended for. Living Social Vouchers are for painting walls in a 12x14x9 room only. Negotiating the value of these vouchers is not approved. We recommend that one room be painted, and any other vouchers be used as gifts. Let me know if you have any questions. Sincerely yours, Matthew Rogers As they were going to charge me 375.00 for the living room you would think that would mean I would at least get that amount off. Unfortunately they didn't see it that way, so I told them let's just forget about the other rooms and I will use the two vouchers for the living room. I wanted the walls primed and two coats, and as the vouchers only cover two coats we agreed upon $65 for the additional coat. They were late showing up, so I called them to tell them I had to go to work and would leave the door open. He replied that he didn't have my address. Seriously? When I got back from work there was trash on my front lawn by their truck. An old paint brush handle and some other rubbish that I figured they would pick up. They primed and the first coat the first day and had to come back the next day for the second coat. The work was sloppy with paint everywhere. This is the email I sent them over a week later: Hello, I wanted to follow up as I haven't heard from anyone since the walls were finished. They did not take the two vouchers I left out and I have not been invoiced for the $65 that we agreed upon for the priming. I would like to give some feedback on the work done. The paint on the walls looks great. The paint on the moulding, ceiling, carpet, door knobs and slate in front of the fireplace doesn't look quite as good. One of the faceplates was not removed so I will remove it and do touch up painting around it. Not all of the picture hangers were removed from the walls and one of them was actually painted over. Trash was left on my front lawn and living room. Everything was left piled up in the middle of the room. I guess I understand if putting everything back was not included, but it would have been nice to be made aware of that. I understand that you guys may have sold too many of those living social vouchers and might not be psyched about doing the job at the price you got. I don't think that justifies such shoddy work. If I had known I was going to have to spend several hours fixing the work you did, I would have taken your advice from the earlier email and returned the vouchers. That said, I still have one voucher that I received as a gift and would obviously prefer to return that than create more work for myself by trying this again. I have several rental houses in the area and have painting done by local companies every year. Sometimes the work is great, sometimes it is just ok, but I have never seen it quite this bad. Zach Arble I really have nothing positive to say about the experience. I never heard back from them after sending this, so it's pretty clear they just don't care. I would use someone else if I were you.
