John was very prompt to respond to our request. He came out to look at our problem. He quickly diagnosed that instead of not working due to a possible lightning strike at our home, we had a clog in our system. He went to all the outlets in our house and made sure all was clear. We will definitely keep Central Vacuum Experts business card in our file for any future needs. I would highly recommend.

Everyone from the sales staff were great. They recommended the hide-away-hose. It is great. The installers were very knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating. They cleaned up after the installation was complete. They even sprayed the pipe nails. I would absolutely recommend Central Vacuum Experts.

Came immediately to see if my old systems could be repaired, unfortunately, it could not be repaired. Installed a completely new system in a very short time and did an excellent job. The owner was injured at the time and still came himself to make sure the job was done correctly. Would use them again.
