He was on time, professional and best of all, friendly and honest. He even helped me later on with a dispute with the landlord, by providing a witness statement to attest to the condition of the carpets! Great guy!

It was good and the rug didn't smell anymore. Took a long time to get the rug back, but I did say I wasn't in too much of a rush. But I did have to call them after a while to make sure they still knew they had my rug. But they answered and did apologize and returned the rug soon after. They also worked with my later (6pm) schedule, which was appreciated.

This is a family owned company. The owner explained the type of cleaner he was using and how he would approach cleaning our carpeting. He was very professional and he did a great job. He cleaned the stairs and furniture by hand and had a large carpet cleaner that he used on the other carpeting. The carpets look good and the chairs and couch do as well.

My experience of dealing with Carolina Carpet Cleaning went extremely well. They are a small owner operated company. So the owner comes to every job. I showed him the areas that I was specifically concerned about. He told me very honestly about the stains that he thought he could remove and the ones he couldn’t. He did a very thorough job. Also, his prices were incredibly reasonable. I was completely satisfied with Carolina Carpet Cleaning.
