Cappy Hagman

I provided Cappy with my requirements for a home in the Raleigh Durham area. I plan to move from my current home in Southeastern North Carolina and have begun a search to determine where I would like to relocate in the Triad area. Cappy has been professional in providing me with frequent updates about properties coming on the market and with insight into her market area. She's also given her personal perspective as to which areas would best meet my needs and those of my daughter. Her personal knowledge of the area has been especially helpful and she has created a relationship that makes me feel confident in her advice and guidance. My plans are to make a move within the next two years and Cappy has been patient and willing to work with my timeframe. I have no doubt I will feel well prepared and informed when my current home sells and I am ready to make the big move!
