Description of Work: BRW construction is a high end builder located in Carboro. Mthey built an addition to my house which included, among other things an upper deck and a new furnace. The upper deck failed in a very short time and they offered to fix it for $20,000 after I had paid them over $150,000 for the additon. The furnace was improperly installed and I have had multiple service calls to fix the problems. This company should be avoided at all costs.

+ -1 moreThe construction itself was ok but expensive. After two years failures started to show up related to the quality and method of construction. Leaks occured wherebthe addition was attached and the deck above the addition failed completely requiring complete replacement. BRW refused to stand behind their work. Do not use this company.
