It was refreshing to deal with someone who actually wanted to help and earn my business; not just eager to notify me about the service charge and push unneeded stuff. He was prompt and very honest. Once he identified the issue, took his time in explaining and my options. I will be calling him 1st next time I have a plumbing need. Plus I am always looking to help and promote local small business.

Description of Work: They took out an old toilet and installed a new one. This was done during a period of snow and ice, when they were very busy with other jobs. I appreciated how they made time for me on the weekend after taking care of their grueling emergency work schedule. They were extremely professional and kind.They were excellent!
