Never responded to my request or even told me he was no longer available so I wouldn't wait for his response.

It could not have been easier for us. He came out one morning and measured the windows and sent us the information we needed to order the windows. He picked them up for us, installed the windows, painted the trim and removed the old windows. Bill is an extremely reliable and punctual person. The quality of his work is excellent. He has a wide range of skills including carpentry, painting, window installation, floor installation. He has done many home improvement jobs for us and we will definitely hire him again in the future.

well, it didn't go anywhere. Maybe he has all the business he wants and can afford to not call customers back.

They were excellent. There was a lot of work to be done so it has taken a year for them to do the work. The experience has been very good. They are very competent and were extremely reliable. They did a good job and made suggestions for things that I had not thought of so it has been a very positive experience. If people have multiple things that have to be done then they are quite capable of doing many different things. I wanted an electrician who would do a bit more detailed work and they helped me arranged anybody that I needed to get extra. They made it easier to for me accomplish what I wanted to do.

He did a good job with this project. I would use him again. I have had him do a few other projects for me in the past.

I got Bill's name through one degree of separation. Before we bought this house we had a structural engineer come out and look at it. He then recommended a carpenter to fix some of the minor issues. That carpenter was busy and he recommended Bill and I feel like I hit the jack pot of all carpenters. The stairs and structural issues are finished. He is now installing shutters and remodeling the basement--he's that good and his prices are so reasonable compared to what some of our other quotes were.
