+ -1 moreThey were wonderful. I got above my asking price and I had multiple offers. The agent was wonderful, she had a professional photographer com e in and do the interior which was one of the reasons why the house was so popular. The pictures was so good. My agent came back and worked with me in the event we had to do any thing to access those windows.
Description of Work: Allen Tate Company sold the house in May and it was sold in three days.

+ -1 moreShe is great. There is nothing I do not like about her. We found her at an open house. She talked openly about what houses were on the market. She showed us over 30 houses. She kept us informed as to what was coming up on the market. After showing us many homes she knew what we were looking for. She steered us in the right direction. She even began sending us the MLS listings, so we could look at them from our home. Alan Tate is a very good company, but Leah Kruger is particularly good.
Description of Work: I used Leah Kruger to find a new home.
