 + -1 moreWe are going to have him do another job and we really appreciated his work. He was very good. The previous contractor put in french drains that were very very poorly done and he was connecting up these three downspouts to a collection box and then running them to the downward slope outside of the house. He did a very good job and it is working well. It was an excellent experience overall. The work was done exactly the way that he said that it would be and it was done well and carefully. I am very happy with it and his price was appropriate for what he did. The quality of his work was excellent. I have already scheduled some more work for him.
Description of Work: We used A Neat Home Waterproofing Service in early July for updating the drains for our gutter downspouts.

 + -1 moreThe guy did a good job. They came and diagnosed the problem. They had to do some digging of the ditches, putting some waterproofing down and some drainage stuff. As far as I can see, the problem has been solved.

 + 0 moreTo get the water away from the house, Neat had to dig a drain which went under my side walk and down the hill. After 17 years, the system they put in place is still working and there is no settling of the sidewalk where they dug under it.
Description of Work: When I bought my house 17 years ago, the crawl space was damp. Neat came in and put some trenches and a pump in my crawl space. They also covered the crawl space flooring with plastic. There has been no moisture problems since then. The pump died after about 10 years and Neat came back to replace the pump per their warrentee. The only cost to me was the cost of the pump itself. There were no labor charges.
