+ -1 moreWe found the Odaat team to be highly capable, friendly, responsive to our wishes, and completely honest. The work was well organized and well executed. It was a wonderful experience for us to work with them and watch our new home take shape day by day.
Description of Work: Odaat build our home in late 2009 - early 2010. This company is led by a local brother-sister team, Mike and Melissa Honeycutt, who have a small team of specialists skilled in custom home construction. Mike was involved in cabinet making prior to helping start Odaat, and the quality of the construction and finishing work in our home testifies to his skill. Melissa not only helps with the construction work, but specializes in ordering supplies and organizing subcontracts. I think she personally knows every supplier and subcontractor of every description within 100 miles! Odaat worked with us closely in modifying a set of commercial house plans to our specification, advising us about what would work and what would not, and why. The result is a home we have now lived in for almost 4 years. We have experienced no problems with this house.
