Called Jeff in an emergency situation after 5pm, he said he another appointment, but could come by in about an 1-1 1/2 hours. Arrived in good time, had the part to fix the well pump. Had us back in business quickly even though we were having rain storms!

I've explained all this in my above statement.

Todd is available 7 days a week. He works by himself at present. He did receive assistance from a friend who came by, Matt Parker, of McCrary Well. We called Todd on a Sunday afternoon and he came out to the house after we had already left. He then called my cell and we arranged to meet at the house the next morning. He arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem. He also identified a broken pipe in the bathroom shower and offered to call a plumber for us. Since we are not familiar with the service providers in that area and since Todd had been working so well for us we took his advice and he contacted Carlos Owen to complete the plumbing work. After replacing the pipe with new Schedule 80 pipe, Todd chlorinated the well and set up a drain to flush the well into the yard where it would run off safely. He returned the next day to check with us on the functioning of the well.
