Description of Work: Thomas Trades was the first contractor I hired from Angie's List. At the time, every review he had was a 5 star rating. Honestly, if I could give a 10 star or an A+++ I would. Josh and his team deliver on every promise with the highest attention to detail. For my project, Brian was the lead and he exceeded every expectation I had. To put this into context, to say I'm particular about quality, honoring your word and your quote, and customer interface is an understatement. They are professionals and care about their work. My advice would be to get them to quote your job. If they are available to do the work, I'd put down the list and hire them. You cannot find a better group of people to work with.

Description of Work: He removed original screen and track and installed custom screen frame. He sealed, primed and painted and installed EZ track screen system.

Description of Work: Realigned our storm door. Job was done efficiently and took less time than expected. Quoted price was reduced to time spent. Would recommend and will use again.

Description of Work: Josh did some home repair for us. He did a great job. We are getting him to do some remodeling work for us in June. We would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Installed new Anderson french door in our bedroom, new Anderson windows, patched up around windows and french door. Repaired some area's from a prior contractor. Came back on some other issues we had. Josh is very reliable, kind and very good christian to work with. He has patients of a Saint. I will use him again for some other work we want done.

Description of Work: We had Josh insulate and enclose under 2 of our sunrooms, as well as extend a heat/air vent to one of the sunrooms. Then it was painted to match the rest of the house. It was done very professionally. It does not look like an add on onto a 30 year old house. Josh and his workers are courteous, hard-working, and reliable. We will use them without hesitation for additional work on our house. Thank you, Josh.

Description of Work: Josh's team finished our Flex Room above the garage, making it a great area for us to gather and relax. His job encompassed installing dry wall; taping, mudding, and sanding; installing an interior door and frame; trimming out a double gable window; installing trim and baseboard including crown molding; and priming and painting the room. We had a minor issue getting the sheet rock in to the area through the second floor window but that was quickly resolved. All his guys did a great job and especially with regard to the sheet rock installation and painting. Josh is very capable, responsive, timely, and courteous as are all of his team members. We are very pleased with the outcome and have already recommended him to our neighborhood friends who are contemplating undertaking similar projects in their homes.

Description of Work: I had bamboo flooring installed in the living room and had the walls painted. Tile was laid and the walls painted in the master bathroom. A door was replaced on a storage building.
