Well! Arrived on time and performed all expected services

It took a long time to have someone come and give the estimate on the cost of new logs. They came in a reasonable amount of time to refill my propane tank.

They came and hooked up LP gas to our already installed gas fireplace at our house. They were very courteous, prompt and professional.

We recently moved into a house and needed to connect the fireplace to a propane gas source. I called Stricks and I quickly knew that I would use them. The lady that answered the phone was pleasant and very helpful. She quoted me prices for choices of services. After a discussion she suggested that I probably did not need their services since I did not plan to make much use of the fireplace for the foreseeable future. All I needed to do was to come in for some advice from their experts and get some parts. I did and found all of the people I met there to be just as pleasant and helpful. Spending all the time I needed to get the right parts and how best to use them. The cost of the regulator and fittings were equivalently priced to a big box store and I can never be sure of how good the advice is from big box associates. I was even given cost saving tips from the owner. NICE! Everything went together as described so I am very happy.

They were better priced than other competitors. They took the time to explain my option and best choices; very transparent on pricing. Strick's LP was even forthcoming that the initial pilot lighting should be done by the installer of the actual fireplace for free versus Stricks having to charge me. Appointment was a couple weeks out due to this winter being particularly cold so they were busy. However, they got me in as soon as they could (2 weeks out). The actual install was fast and easy. I recommended them to another new home owner I know that needed her fireplace propane set up. I would definately use them again

They setup a time. I came home from work about 5 minutes before their scheduled time. They were already there and had started. They tested the lines and lit the fireplace. They showed me the cutoff at the gas logs. They showed me the tanks and how to operate the setup. They were friendly and helpful. I got a recommendation to use them and would recommend them to my friends.
