They hooked the TV up on the wall. They got all the wiring done and they did as much of the wiring as they could. Their quality was excellent and I would use them again. I have no complaints and they did a good job for us.

They were kind of busy and they weren’t able to do it in the time frame that we wanted. So we went with a different contractor. The estimate was about $6000 or $7000 including the TV and other stuff. They seemed very thorough and conscientious. I had no problem with them other than fact that they weren’t available right away to do the work.

This was the first time I used a provider on Angie's List. I sent an email and promptly received a nice response from Bonnie and talked with her on the phone. They asked for a list of my system components so they could be prepared. Lew and Danny showed up on time as promised. It was such a pleasure to have them work on my system. There is a problem with the cable box and I will have to ask FIOS for a replacement. Lew explained some other things that I could do and now I am thinking about purchasing Apple tv for my husband for Christmas. He told me how to use my iPhone and iPad to work with the tv. He also explained things in ways that were easy to understand without any big "tech" talk-such a breath of fresh air. I will definitely use them again.

It was a professional, easy and satisfying experience from beginning to end. I subscribed to Angie's List specifically to get referrals for this service as my initial and long time service provider has gone out of business. From the moment I called to set up the appointment I found Home Network Solutions to be friendly, very accommodating to my schedule and efficient, following up as promised more than once to confirm the appointment. They were on time, thorough, and ultra courteous. Every problem was addressed and repaired and I really appreciated the willingness to explain everything in an easily understandable manner. The price was very fair and when we got to the end of the visit , settled the bill and were just chatting, I recalled I had forgotten to point out one more problem. They were not at all upset by my omission, fixed the problem right away and did not charge me extra. I highly recommend this business!

We didn’t take their offer. They were fabulous in terms of coming out and giving us an estimate. They seemed very precise. We didn’t go ahead with the project at the time. They were very through. They were very detailed. They were very polite. They were a charming couple. They were very professional and friendly. They do what they say they are going to do. I didn’t feel any pressure with them; it was quite the opposite. They gave me a quote and waited for me to get back to them for about three weeks. I would consider using them in the future.

HOME NETWORK SOLUTIONS LLC did an excellent job. This was not an easy conversion. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. This is THE company I will use in the future for LUTRON Lighting, Home Networking, Surround Sound, etc. They are A++++. I have all these items and when they need Maintenance I now know who to call. I cannot say how hard it is to find someone that knows how to install/maintain/repair the high tech home/media/lighting systems that are touted in high style homes. THIS COMPANY CAN DO IT ALL!!! And I'm a customer that is pleased with their service.

Unquestionably the most professional, knowledgable, experienced, resourceful, and affable AV technician we have ever worked with. Our universal remote controls suddenly would not control the channels or DVR and between the baseball playoffs and all the news events we considered our situation urgent. I checked Angst List for the highest rated Audio-Video company in our area which lead me to call Bonnie Little at Home Network Solutions to explain our situation. She said that Lew, her husband and technician, was booked for the next two weeks but would check with him and call me back. When she called back in 5 minutes she said that Lew happened to be near our home and would call us to confirm if and when he might find a few minutes to stop by. He called and showed up promptly at the time he told us he would and proceeded to diagnose and repair our remote problem in the first 5 minutes, diagnosed and repaired a faulty AV wall receptacle that had prevented a TV from working for several months, and determined that a DirecTV "replacement receiver" used a different remote control code than the original. He completed all this calmly, efficiently, and expertly, while answering, in layman terms, many questions we had about our proposed conversion to Verizon FiOS cable / internet service (his knowledge on this topic alone saved us far more than the cost of his service call), our home theater design and equipment, and other changes we were considering to our AV system. His ability to communicate with us combined with his knowledge and experience in the increasingly complex high tech entertainment era is positively refreshing. Lew has become our first choice when it comes to AV technical expertise... and the affability is provided without charge.

I contacted Home Network Solutions for an estimate for installing a TV on the wall, hiding the wires, and connecting all of our components. They scheduled a block of time to come out for the estimate - the appt ended up getting rescheduled due to the technician running behind and I was out in Ashburn. They called to let me know so it was not an issue. When he came to provide the estimate, he carefully listened to what I want to do, provided some guidance on height and placement (based on viewing patterns) and then proceeded to do the measurements. While he was looking at the various components, he actually was able to fix our BOSE system that had stopped working a while ago - little did we know that the cats had knocked out a wire that had a hidden connection compartment on the BOSE. So, definitely a bonus getting that working. He then also suggested how he could mount the speakers next to the TV. I received his estimate about a week or so later - it was a bit higher than I had thought it would be (about $800) but it included all the wires and the wall mount and I really had a lot of trust in the company doing what was needed. I compared with two other firms (Best Buy and one other small firm) -- both were a bit cheaper but did not include the materials - I would have had to purchase them separately and furthermore neither conveyed the same sense of knowledge and expertise. A few weeks elapsed and we scheduled the work. He came out, was very professional on the installation, did it in the time asked and ensured all was working before he left. Overall, a very positive experience and I'm very glad we went with them.

Friendly, punctual, great communication throughout, from the initial phone call, the estimate, and then the actual work. After I received the estimate - it took me about two months to actually start the job, as I was ordering the new AV equipment stand, waiting for the new home theater system to come in, etc. Even after I delayed the scheduling and start of the job as I waited for equipment - Lew always responded to my questions about the job even though I had not yet signed the estimate. All in all - very reasonable pricing, friendly and knowledgeable folks!FInally - about 5 days after the install of this heavy TV to the wall - came home a bit apprehensive after our earthquake recently - and the TV was still securely on the wall - a testament to the great work they did - thanks! I'd definitely do business with them again should the need arise!

Lew (and Bonnie who took my request) are super! Bonnie was able to fit me in on a day I was home from work - which I was very appreciative of. Lew knows his stuff and did a fantastic job mounting my plasma television and hiding all the wires behind the wall. He even attached a mirror to a dresser for me! Also provided me with suggestions for speakers/surround sound. Will definitely keep Home Network Solutions in my "favorites" and will probably be calling on them again soon. Very impressive! Give them a call! I promise, you won't be disappointed!

Lew did excellent work and was professional throughout the entire process. He came out to the house to provide ideas and an estimate for the type of work I wanted. He and Bonnie also worked wonders with scheduling the work on short notice right before the holidays. The work itself was done very well, and the house was left nice and clean even after multiple cuts in the drywall. We were completely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use Home Network Solutions in the future.

The finished product is beautiful. The price was higher than quoted but that was because problems were discovered with our home having metal studs. The technician (Daniel) found a work-around to get the job done. He was knowledgeable and he cared about doing a good job. We would hire this company again.

Family room home theater system had been stored while work was done in our home. System included a large screen TV, CD player, DVD player, surround sound speakers, cable receiver, amplifier and remote. Excellent experience from my first call to completion of the work. Would definitely use them again.
