This is a great small business. Lew Little does the work and Bonnie Little runs the office. They know what they are doing, they are very responsive and professional, they give you a clear expectation and they follow through. For this kind of work, I wanted qulity and know-how and was less concerned about price. I thought the price was fine and was very pleased with the service. They answered all my questions patiently. I would definitely use them again and have a project in mind.

I called Home Network Solutions LLC to inquire about wiring my basement with ethernet cable. Bonnie answered and spent a great deal of time with me on the phone. While, they were backed up several weeks out, she answered all questions i had about the type of cable needed, all the dos and don'ts. Just incredibly helpful and kind. You could tell they are a great company and the people there enjoy what they do. While I am calling others to see if they can squeeze me in due to construction in the basement, I am on a waiting list to see if there might be some cancellations. It was just a phone call but it truly made my day.

Within the week of initial contact, HNS visited our home to provide a quote. The quote was extremely thorough and informed...by far, HNS was the most professional "sound system" contractor to visit our home. The total installation took approximately 2.5 days and came in under budget. The HNS team installed an extremely efficient SONOS sound system throughout our home and made every effort to minimize damage to the drywall and ceiling while doing so. We would hire HNS again.

They are fabulous. We have used the big bucks companies and they are not fabulous. We have used them twice. They also did some work for us in our bedroom, putting our old home theater system up there. They did a wonderful job. As a matter of fact, we told them what we wanted and they made suggestions on things that we could use. They suggested that we get a Panasonic in our living room, in the basement we have a Samsung. We had to get a new amplifier for upgrading technology purposes. They worked within a budget that we suggested and if we were going to go a little outside of that, they gave us a reason why but for the most part, they were right on budget. They explained how to work everything. They came back and explained how to work everything again. They troubleshot problems particularly with files. I would absolutely use them again. It is exactly what we need. It is big enough so we can watch football but small enough particularly upstairs so that it is not intrusive. It looks cool on the wall. We look like we are young and hip.

No estimate and no response despite multiple phone calls and emails. I guess they're too busy for new business.

Our house was built in 1998 and the wiring for internet and cable was minimal at best. We wanted to introduce FIOS in our home to increase our internet speed, but we did not have the proper outlets in most of the house. We asked Home Network Solutions to provide an estimate. Lew came in and reviewed the situation in the house, even going in the attic to determine how cables could be run in the front bedrooms. We discussed our needs. Lew quickly provided an estimate with a range of cost depending on how many hours it would take to perform the upgrade. Even before the crew came in, we had several email exchanges with Lew to discuss the final plan of upgrade. The crew showed up on time and we were extremely satisfied with the work that was done in our home. The wiring is neatly done and well identified with each cable clearly labeled and neatly stored in the hub box. The location of the hub in our laundry closet makes it hidden, but practical. All our needs were met with a minimum of disturbance and mess. The house was left very clean. The Verizon tech who came to install FIOS after Home Network Solutions completed the upgrade was also very impressed by what they did. His work was greatly simplified by the preparations Home Network Solutions performed. All of the wiring we tested worked on the first try without any issues.

I was so pleased with the work Lew did. He was very attentive to detail, making sure the outlet was hidden behind the television. He wrapped the wires behind the the television so they were well hidden also. It looks awesome!!! The televison looks like a painting on a wall. Bonnie accompanied Lew to the job. She is so friendly and very helpful. I would definitely use their serivce again.

Team arrived promptly at 8am and were finished before 10am. Team was professional and clean and the results were exactly what we were looking for. Lew and Bonnie (owners) were great to work with and prompt with estimates and answers to questions.

I'm a little delayed in providing this review, but I wanted to be sure to share my very positive experience with Bonnie and Lew Little and the entire team at Home Network Solutions. I contacted them in 2013 to request quotes for running a new cable tv line through the walls from the FIOS box to our TV's. Lew responded promptly and came out to take a look at the job and provide a detailed analysis of his recommendations to complete it. He answered all my questions and provided a written job description and quote within a couple of business days. The quote was reasonable, but other items in our house took precedence over this job and we tabled the quote. Fast forward a year - we were ready to go - and contacted Bonnie again. She pulled up the quote, adjusted the details and got us on the books in no time. On the day of installation, the techs arrived on time, were very pleasant and respectful of our house. They worked efficiently and diligently to fish the wire through the walls while making minimal cuts into the drywall. In no time they had the wire pulled and the TV working again. Would highly recommend them!!

We were extremely happy with our service from Home Network Solutions. Everyone we interacted with was very professional. The work was completed on time, and within the proposed budget. The technicians were very nice to work with and they were able to do all of the work, without putting any holes in our drywall or ceiling, which was wonderful! Lew came out and gave me an estimate on the work about 2 weeks ago. The team of Berry and Danny came out and did the install. They showed up when they were supposed to and did excellent work. They were professional and completed the work on time and without any problems what so ever. They knew exactly what they doing. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

Bonnie informed me that they don't do computer repair and mainly focus on audio visual services. She did recommend someone she uses for computer repair and it worked out great.

They did a really nice job and I recommended them to my son. They did work for me and my son. They were on time and their price was good. They were very professional. I think they charged me a couple of hundred bucks at least. They are out of the Washington, D.C. area so it is expensive there.

Great. No mess. No holes in the drywall to repair. Very satisfied.

From the first call, they were responsive, courteous and very professional. Bonnie Little and I exchanged several emails as they provided guidance on selecting a new universal remote to replace our seven year old one. Bonnie provided information on their recommended good, better and best remotes. (I selected the better version.) Barry and Danny arrived timely to do the work. After looking over my existing remote and base station, Barry let me know that my existing base station would work well with the new remote, saving me $250. I am extremely happy with the new remote; it is so easy to use compared to the old one. And I didn't realize how much we missed the rear speakers. While you can buy remotes for less on the Internet, it is worth having someone who knows how to make all the pieces work together program it. I am now down to just one remote to control everything; and the doors to our cabinet are all closed again, hiding all the equipment. I highly recommend Home Network Solutions.

Solved my problem on first try..right info...right time...right price!

Did not return calls. Did not answer phone. Did not accept new business. UPDATE: Contrary to the claim all calls are returned, that is not the case. Mine were not. As to claiming the wrong company must have called, that is untrue. If business is so good that calls for new business cannot be returned then there is not a need for new clients.

His team was highly professional, courteous, and installed the system as promised and on time. When it was discovered that one of the cameras did not perform within specifications, Lew ordered a replacement and dispatched his team to re-install at no cost to us. In short, HOME NETWORK SOLUTIONS LLC is reliable, trustworthy and customer focused. Lew Little is also experienced with home entertainment systems, and we plan to use HOME NETWORK SOLUTIONS LLC when we expand our system.

Home Network Solutions was great from start to finish. Bonnie was able to schedule my work promptly, and Lew was fantastic. My home network was having issues, primarily in the broadcast of Airplay. We have an older home full of masonry walls, and rambles horizontally. The network is all Apple Wifi, and I have been throwing device at it for years, in hopes that I would get the correct coverage, but to no avail. Airplay would continue to drop out which drove my wife crazy. I told her that as a christmas present I'd get some in to look at it, and found Home Network Solutions on Angie's List. Lew scanned each device, and methodically found exactly where the issue was. He then spent the extra time to make sure it was right, all while dealing with my 140 lb dog and his sidekick Pug. My wife so pleased to have music throughout the house, and the wifi is working great. Both Bonnie and Lew were very pleasant to deal with, I highly recommend them!

Lew was a professional through and through. From the initial visit/consultation/estimate to the actual work performed. He has a pleasant demeanor and everything he does is with the utmost of integrity. Previously, I had an installer who did a poor job, where the TV fell off the wall. I relayed my concerns to Lew, and he understood, talking me through how we would secure things much better than I had done previously (from someone not on Angie's List). Lew purchased the compatible arms, recessed mounts, installed the extra supports and also cleaned up after his work. When I had him install the fans, we was able to make good suggestions about how to do so - better than my original plans. He's smart, versatile, honest and works with integrity. I sleep easy at night know that all of his work is something I can trust was done right.

Home Network Solutions is fabulous. This will be the second time we've used them to purchase and set up a tv and sound system, as our first experience last year was so good. Owner Lew is knowledgeable about the latest and greatest on the market and will make suggestions based upon your actual needs and price point. The installation last year went very well - his team had to cut into our drywall and the repair was very well done. This year we had him out to discuss an installation in the basement - he worked with the contractors that were remodeling part of our basement and we now have wiring in place that we would not have thought of doing. We received the estimate - it looks reasonable - and we will be acting on it next month.
