I spent $5000 on that service. I had gotten three different quotes and he seemed to be the most knowledgeable of what kind of system I needed and was able to get to the work done in a timely manner whereas the others were not. I had lost my heating and air and it was in the middle of July and he came out when he told me he was going to and had the work completed in two days. He had to tear all the duct work out, but he cleaned up very well after himself. He actually went out and bought three window air-conditioning units to give me relief inside the house and that really stood out to me. He did not have a crew and was the actual person doing the work.
