Description of Work: Wev'e been tring to get the A/C fixed with this company for more than a month! They are very responsive. They came out that very day and put more freon into the system so that we could have A/C that day. It worked for about two weeks. The A/C stopped cooling again and they came out that very day again and disgnosed a freon leak and the coils might have to be replaced. Two weeks went by and they finally gave us an estimate but NEVER came back to do the job. July 17, 2012, my husband spoke with them and they said the repairs would be completed before 7/20/2012 because I was having a party on 7/21/2012. A note was left on the front door (did not call prior to arrival, again) saying they would come out and put more freon in the system free of charge because they could not get the repairs done in time for the party. They did not return. I had no A/C for the party. My husband left 3 messages that are still not answered 7/23/2012. The guys are sweet and really nice, BUT they don't have the personnel to get their jobs completed. I've used them in the past and they were wonderful but I need A/C...it's July in NC!

+ -1 moreWe wanted to put in heating and air conditioning on the sun room. Vantage Multi Family Plumbing came and looked at the job and they never came back. They had come in the middle of January. We did not use them. Comments: We asked two companies, one of them was Sears. They responded quickly, and they came in and looked it over and said they would not be able to do the job. They do it for bigger residential units. We love some good terms and they were great. It's just that they didn't do such type of job. Vantage came up and it was nice talking to the guy. He seemed to know what he was doing. We got some ideas; however he didn't call back and even if he called back, he couldn't have done the work because it required cutting out of the glass around the porch. Then we called Patio Enclosures. They looked at the sunroom and they said they do the job. They said they would give the estimate as they had our sunroom description. They called the next day and it was a fantastically good price. Vantage was good in responsiveness. They responded in an hour. They said they would come and they came and looked at the work. They had great ideas but I think they were really stumped on this. I would probably not contact them for a quote in the future.

+ 0 moreMy contracted service company wanted to replace my hvac system. Supposedly it was no longer worthy of repair. This company came along and after a thorough inspection found all it needed was more refrigerant. The problem was fixed and they cheerfully added, they would be glad to replace the unit if I wished.
Description of Work: Test the heat pump and the air condition component, add coolant and run follow-up test at various temperature settings.
