+ -1 moreI used Trutech for one year, I had two technicians within this time frame. The service was not great but ok until I decided to cancel my services. First of all, you are not allowed to cancel your service until you speak with their manager. I always made my payments on time and as soon as the service was completed. When I called to cancel my service a young lady informed me I had not made all my payments and I owed Trutech money. I then went back and checked my bank accounts to be 100% sure I had not missed any payments. I spoke with the manager who said he would cancel my service. Today, I am still receiving a bill for a service that has already been paid for. Once they get you, they don't know how to let you go.

Description of Work: The person that came out was Andrew Tuttle. He gave me a quote not only on the bee removal but also sealed up the holes where the opossum was getting into my house.
