Excellent job. The floor is beautiful and the installation was as expected. I would hire them again.

The owner was the first one of our estimators to arrive (that same day we requested). He remained in contact, and although he was not the least expensive, we negotiated a bit and he was willing and able to do the work on the exact days we requested. All vents, closet doors and trim were put back. Everything looks amazing, gorgeous. I'd use them again and give a high recommendation.

Roberto and his team were great. I originally called to get an estimate on just doing hardwoods on my stairs but Roberto came out he recommended painting them and spending the money on the upstairs floors. It was a great idea and turned out great. It took 2 days and the few small issues we noticed after they were done were quickly fixed. We plan on having tripoint back when we redo our remaining floors.

I was building new construction and my builder told me that what i wanted was "$15 to $20 a sq ft." I found the material I wanted from lumber liquidators for about $4 a ft and then Roberto installed it for about $4 to $5 a foot. I saved a ton of money. My contractor wasn't to happy - but I was. And Roberto warranties his work for up to 2 years! When I finish my attic, I will use him again.

Roberto is the nicest guy I have ever worked with on a house project. We made sure to get 3 quotes before beginning and we went with Roberto because of his excellent customer service. He continued to be very professional and helpful through the entire project. I was amazed at his willingness to work with me and my crazy family's schedule! Roberto was always a phone call away and completely dedicated to our project. Our floors are so beautiful. We can not tell the difference between the 20 year old floors and the brand new wood - it all looks brand new. The trim and the vents are all done perfectly. Again, our hardwood floors are just beautiful.

Roberto was able to give me an estimate over the phone just by seeing a picture of the scratch on the floor which saved me a lot of time. The price for the quality was extremely reasonable. The work was also exceptional. I would highly recommend!! They are A++

We contracted with Roberto and his team to refinish our hardwood floor which had faded after 20 years since installation. I had a potted plant which leaked through and left a dark ring which needed to be removed and replaced with new boards. We have about 300 sq. feet of floor and the process took 2 days. Day 1 was prep -- replacing the boards, sanding, and putting down a base color coat. The team did take care to put down tape to protect our carpet and kitchen floor, and put perfunctory sheets of plastic over key doorways. The sanders they used did have dust collection, but we did not have, or did they offer "dust free" sanding. I won't lie, there was a fair amount of dust to deal with later, but honestly, dust is par for the course and you should expect cleanup anytime you have wood sanded. Day 2 was taken up by putting down two top coats. If you are at all sensitive to smell, definitely 100% opt in for the water based top coats. The smell is SO much reduced with the water based vs. the old school mineral spirit based. I've been airing out the house for the last two days and the level of smell is about 25% of what it was on day one. I expect that in a week, I won't be able to detect it at all. The smell factor is very important to me and my wife, and we're happy. I cannot complain about the end result -- the floor is in great shape. The price was reasonable for the job and included upgrades like wood shoe molding, water based top coat, and repair. I would definitely recommend Tri-Point Flooring.

Tri-Point was very responsive to my first inquires payout quoting and got right back to me. They showed up on time for the quote and turned it around very quickly. What I especially appreciated was there suggesting ideas and finishes that we hadn't been aware of, which would enhance the finished product. They weren't the low cost quote, but they gave me the confidence that they would dot the job right. They were able to get me into their schedule quickly. They finished the job about a day ahead of schedule. Their workers were professional and they maintained a clean and professional work site. I highly recommend them and would use them on my next job.

Roberto came out to give us an estimate in January. He followed up with us to ask if we had questions, and to negotiate price, material types, and finishes. Once we agreed to everything, Roberto ordered the materials and began the installation. The intention was to tear up existing carpet in the living room, family room and upstairs hallway and install new hardwood floors. Angel, Oscar and the crew did a fabulous job of installing the new hardwood, including feathering into the existing wood to ensure there was no difference between new and existing floors. The crew then sanded and finished (refinished) the new and existing wood to perfection. The stain we used (Golden Pecan) was beutiful, and created amazing depth in the floor grain. The crew did an amazing job matching colors to existing and new floor materials to ensure there was no color variation... They then finished by installing new moulding throughout the entire perimeter. The crew even helped me move furniture in and out as needed to ensure everything was out of their way. The entire team was very accommodating to our schedule, working over the weekend so we could finish while my family was out of town. I recommend Tri Point Flooring for price, professionalizm and quality. Roberto, Angel, Oscar and crew were a pleasure to work. I will tell all my friends, and hire them again.
