When the first buyer lost their financing, Mike and his team relisted our home and sold it again in under a week! Mike’s real claim to fame, however, is that he treats his clients in such a friendly, yet professional way. We miss Mike and his team already! Without a doubt, we will definitely use Town & Country Realty when we return to Cary!

Description of Work: Susan handles my rental properties. I have also purchased 3 homes from TC. What I love about Susan is that while she will drive you crazy making sure your rental is in tip top shape before it's listed the first time, she makes sure your tenants leave it exactly the same way. She makes sure you get your rent on time. I can only imagine what she goes through behind the scenes. She does have a handyman on call but I had some problems with him. I now have my own.

I bought my house from a distance; Washington DC, so they were helpful because I wasn't around. Few things like inspection and follow-ups to make sure things are finished, so they were great. They were great.

We were wondering if selling a relatively lower priced property (thus small commission) would result in lower service but never received anything other than first class treatment.
