GREAT!!!!!!! She listed my house and had virtual tours on Wednesday, had scheduled appointments on Friday, with an open house on Saturday. I had 2 offers Friday night and accepted a contract the following Monday. The best part is I live in Washington DC and my house was in NC. She recommended and made all the arrangements for the painters and the carpenters. She and her team walked me thru filling out the documents, answered all my questions, calmed all my fears. Dolly helped us navigate the sale of our first home which required inspections and permitting that the agent we used when we bought the house never brought up. The process was lengthy and expensive but Dolly helped us understand the process and the value of completing the work and inspections. Best experience selling a house I've ever had, and I've been through the process multiple times. Dolly and her team sold our house after being on the market for only 1 day. Nit onlt did it sell in 1 day, it sold over the asking price which was way more than we thought we would get for our house! Dolly and her team were incredibly responsive and did a great job marketing our house. They also did a great job researching the market to come up with a listing price to help it sell fast. Dolly and her team did more than I could imagine a realtor would do while helping me find the perfect property. She has always helped us get top dollar for the homes we sold and helped us secure the best price for those we bought. She listens carefully to our needs and is extremely insightful in matching her clients with the right properties. My son also bought a house using Dolly's expertise and was very satisfied. You can't go wrong hiring Dolly and her team for your real estate needs. (I didn't enter a cost because of multiple dealings with Dolly, but we always felt her fees were fair and in keeping with the competition.)

It has been several years since we had our house on the market. Although we had quite a few people come out and see our house with one person who was very interested and another who made an offer that we did not accept, we decided not to sell our home and are still in it today. Also, I believe we only kept it on the market for a short period of time during one summer and decided to take it off when the kids started back to school. Even though our house did not sell, we had a good experience, I would use them again and I would recommend this real estate agency to others.
