+ -1 moreTCM was recommended by Absolute Stone in association with a counter top replacement. TCM had flexible scheduling and were punctual. He evaluated the garbage disposal and resolved some minor issues with it which saved me from having to replace it. He installed all the necessary components. Left everything very neat and clean and made sure he answered any questions I had. I would definitely give them a call if I needed any additional plumbing work done.
Description of Work: In association with a counter top installation, TCM plumbing installed the associated plumbing with the Sink, Disposal, and Dishwasher.

He took the time to explain the cause of the problems and how he was going to fix it. Before leaving, he make sure the problems were fixed and the work areas were clean. + -1 moreWhen I contacted TCM Plumbing, the person that explained their services and scheduled my appointment was very professional. Chris with TCM Plumbing was everything I have always thought a repair service should be. He was punctual, very professional, took precautions not to dirty anything in my house, explained all the needed work and options for the repairs that were needed and completed all the work in a reasonable amount of time. The charge for the work completed was very reasonable in comparison to what I have been charged in the past by repair services as well as what I was quoted when researching for the work I currently needed. I have used Chris at TCM Plumbing twice and have been equally (beyond) satisfied each time. I will certainly contact TCM Plumbing for all my plumbing needs! THANKS Chris and TCM Plumbing!
Description of Work: I had several plumbing issues. I had read available reviews on plumbing companies and the experiences shared about TCM by others seemed to be exactly what I look for in anyone I have do any work for me. I have had terrible experiences with repair men coming late or rescheduling at the last moment (after I had taken time off from work and was waiting at home for them), being very unprofessional, and not being careful when in my home or on my property to not make a mess and leave a mess behind after they finish their work. I had some repair men that I felt very uneasy about having in my house! I had toilets in 2 bathrooms repaired, kitchen sink disposal replaced, an outside water faucet replaced (located at the front of my house and Chrsi had to crawl under my house - messy job but he did not comment, complain or hesitate) and Chris also listened to my needs on future work that I was planning. It was very helpful talking with Chris - he helped me think about the best sequence to get future work done so it would be effective and cost efficient for me. He explained how the parts in my toilet worked and why the repiar had been necessary so I could minimize future toileting issues. He was great!

+ -1 moreChris has been really excellent. He is really good. We have been quite fortunate that he fixed everything after we had water damage. He is right now in the middle of getting the work done and he has to come back. He had to do the kitchen sink. He even had to cut the pipes and put in new pipes because it was deeper. He has to take out the sink and the commode in the half bath on the first floor for the flooring work. He then has to come back and put it back. He has a lot of different things to do. We didn’t compare his prices with other companies, but we don’t have any qualms about it. He has done a fine job and he is a nice young man. Chris is like the third generation in the same company. He does very careful work. He also does extra things around the house for you. He and his crew seem to be very efficient and they certainly know their business. I paid about $500 together for two separate jobs.
Description of Work: We are currently using the services of TCM Plumbing & Repair for getting all the plumbing work done in our house.

+ -1 moreThey were a very professional, honest, and knowledgeable team. They were also careful and neat. Our old toilets weren't flushing well and wasting water. They recommended the jet action Toto model and they have worked very well. They also cleaned our shower drain and recommended a drain cleaning enzyme product while they were there. We have since recommended them to a neighbor who was also very pleased with their service and price. The reason for the "B" in quality is that they pointed out, but did not correct a pre-existing problem.
Description of Work: We found TCM when we needed to replace 3 toilets. They are a full service plumbing and repair company in Cary. They recommended Toto toilets and we've been very pleased.
