About us

We are small but all inclusive family construction business capable and often doing large jobs, but we have found it to be quite satisfying to cater to the individual's in need of small repairs and simple jobs as well. We keep our operation cost very low so that we are not chasing the dollar on every job. Instead, our focus is on our customers satisfaction and completeness and quality of our work. We offer a wide range of skills from the 30 years we have been doing business in our local area and our well established sub-contractor base who have worked beside us for most of these years. Typically on small jobs, we do not require any money up front and wouldn't suggest this practice of business to any of our potential costumer. Usually only on larger jobs or jobs that require special ordered materials do we request advancements towards these expenses, upon which of course we would provide proof of purchase. If projects are of a size that require more than a week to complete, we do bill weekly on those projects and all billing is due upon receipt.

Services we offer

We are a small company that intentionally try to cater towards small jobs so I don't really ever seeing us saying there is a job too small. As it would stand to reason, the closer the job is to our immediate area, the easier and quicker we can cater to the smaller jobs. We have listed quite a number of specific trades we work in. Basically we cover most anything that falls under roof, including the roof itself.

Services we don't offer

There are times when it is not only to our customers best interest, but to ours as well, for them to seek specialists for certain trades who are set up for quite specific scopes of work such as if you only want new counter tops, or wallpaper, or say you only want to carpet one room in your house. These type jobs don't require much coordination and are very specific. Though we may be quite capable of any of these, it depends on the circumstances and your needs as to whether we are the right ones.

We have used Eric a few times and each time we have been very pleased. He has done all sorts of repair work around the house always at a reasonable price and very good quality. We will definitely use him in the future.
