Genesis and her team were very thorough and performed a highly professional cleaning. My house was a big mess and they were able to get it into good shape within several hours. Highly recommend Genesis and the team at Shaddai for any cleaning work.

We have biweekly service and house looks and smells great after the team performs their service. They dust valuables and bookshelves very well. The bathrooms are spotless clean and disinfected, great to return after service. Team is efficient with 45 to 60 minute group tackling the service at same time. Kitchen is well cleansed with attention to detail in all spaces. Team is responsive to cancellations by text for vacations or general contact or information passage. I recommend this group to others.

The first few weeks were great. They cleaned everything so well, at first. As time went on, they started doing a less than thorough job. I had even increased how much we paid them based on how great they appeared to be. When I would point things out to her, she would tell me that just happened or wasn’t there before. When I pointed out a cobweb to her, she just played it off. I didn’t have the cobweb when she started cleaning our home, so it’s obviously been ignored for a while.

We hired them to clean our house prior to moving in, to save us the hassel of doing it ourselves. They showed up an hour and a half late, which caused us to be late moving into our house. They did an average job of cleaning, with four cleaning ladies. I could have done the same quality of work myself. At the end we did a walk through and found many dirty areas they overlooked that we had to point out and have them clean before they left. They did the cleaning so we didn't have to, which helped but I will be using another business next time.

Fantastic...highly recommend them...they went to work as soon as they arrived and worked for around 3 hrs without stopping...I would definitely recommend calling Genesis with Shaddai cleaning company.

Shaddai clean my house monthly and do a wonderful job. They are the only service I've found that does not treat a litterbox as an excuse to skip 1/2 of a bathroom, actually moving the box to sweep and mop under it. They've also done detail cleanings for us and my mother before holidays and we've received compliments from guests on the homes being 'sparkling clean' while we look so relaxed. Reliable good service at very reasonable price!

Genesis and her team are amazing. I will definitely hire again. She was very friendly, professional, quick, and thorough. She responded immediately to my inquiry and was able to come the next day. I needed my apartment sanitized and deep cleaned after fogging for a pest problem and they went above and beyond. I have used only one previous cleaning service and was not satisfied at the price and how little they actually did, but after this experience, I plan to use them for weekly/monthly cleanings. She walked me through after finishing, showed me each room and made sure everything on my list was compete.

I am so glad I hired this company for my house cleaning! I work 12 hour shifts with 6 children sometimes cleaning gets overwhelming and Shaddai House Cleaning came to my rescue! I have never in my life received such prompt, kind, compassionate, and thorough service. Never ever. This was an ASAP need, as my grandson is arriving in two days from Jamaica, where his mother was killed a few days ago. Genesis and her crew of two others were here within 15 minutes--no kidding. They were all soooooo very kind and did the best job anyone can imagine. They not only got my grandson's room ready but also cleaned the rest of the house from top to bottom. Everything is perfect, every corner cleaned, my guest bed beautifully remade with clean sheets and blankets for my grandson, floors gleaming, rugs cleaned so well they all look new again, the kitchen sparkles.
