Description of Work: We moved to Raleigh from out of town. Reuben Moore and Kedy Sebulsky met with us one Saturday morning, and an hour later, we were on the road, looking at homes. On our fourth day of house-hunting, we found a home we loved. They took care of everything, starting with presenting a timely contract to navigating the purchase process for us, every step of the way. Our purchase was unusually difficult because at inspection, we found a problem with the house that required a price negotiation with the sellers' agent that lasted nearly two months. They handled that and more for us. And all along, they gave us helpful suggestions on everything from septic tank contractors to Triangle-area restaurants worth checking out.
