Rakeem did a great job with my toilet issues. After he left, I had an issue with my disposal and had Rakeem replace with a new disposal. I contacted him on Saturday and he was at my house at 8:00 am. on Sunday morning. He assessed the issue and promptly replaced the unit. Rakeem was a pleasure to work with. Very polite, knowledgeable, and highly dependable. I will use Rakeem again. He also unclogged one of our sink lines. I would highly recommend him for plumbing issues.

Service provided: Replace a poorly done section of plumbing in my crawlspace along with a leaking whole-house filter. Mr. Henry was fantastic. He gave me an upfront estimate, fit me into his busy schedule, and did an excellent job. To him, it was probably a relatively straightforward request, but he took some really bad work done by a previous plumber and made it beautiful. He listened to my problem, explained how he was going to resolve it, and made it happen with no fuss. I would gladly use him again and recommend him highly. Thanks.

Rakeem did an excellent job. He was very professional about the way he conducted the things that needed attention. He noticed that our water pressure was 100 which was way too high and went about bringing the pressure down to required standards. This was a good catch as it will preserve the life of our pipes. The removal and install was flawless. I love the fact that they were able to perform the renovation on a Sunday. The renovation was quick and the finished product was beautiful. The job was also reasonably priced.

He was fantastic. Our 'regular' plumber didn't respond for a few hours (understandable, solo operation). Rakeem was *fantastic*. Responded within minutes. Tried to troubleshoot over the phone to save a trip out. Once he came here also did other testing and offered free help.

The owner responded quickly, showed on time, checked what needed to be done and contacted the insurance company to check the estimate for services. Replacement was done quickly and professionally.

I was very pleased with Rakeem and his work. We had a backflow valve in our crawlspace that need to be replace. He installed a new one just outside our house along with a cleanout. If we have another clog, it can easily cleared using the cleanout, Much easier and less expensive than having to remove the toilet. Rakeem explained what he was going to do in advance, performed the work, and had us inspect his work and all our questions. He was punctually, thorough, completed his work on time at the quoted price. We will definitely be calling Rakeem the next time we need plumbing work.

Rakeem was timely and efficient. Our old toilets were beyond repair and Rakeem took the time to diagnose the problem and then replace the toilets as needed. Very pleased with his work and will recommend him to others as well as use again.

Rakeem is my new plumber god! I had performed a hack job on a leaking shower spout. While I did get the leaking to stop, I could not get the water warm enough for a good shower. Also, I didn't use all of the parts in the package (oops!). Rakeem patiently and quickly took everything apart and made it work as it is supposed to. That was service one. Service 2 came as a result of service 1. My emergency cut-off value was the old-fashioned screw type and it didn't fully stop the water flow. Rakeem replaced the screw value with the more reliable ball valve and now I am good to go for another 20 years. Thanks to the Rakeem I have water where I want it, when I want it and at the temperature that is right for me!!

He is very patient . Responds immediately available on weekends. He does jobs very neatly and also gives appropriate suggestions. Does not exaggerate the problem. He also does handyman jobs.he provides services at very reasonable prices. I am very happy with the services. I highly recommend him to all of my friends.
