Description of Work: Needed to have some drywall replaced in the attic space of my townhome. Initial estimate was given over the phone. One of the tech's stop to confirm some questions and address concerns I had. The guys arrived the day of the job and did a great work very efficiently. The guys were very courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Removing old walk-in shower and installing soaking tub and prepping for tiling (we did the tile ourselves). Things took longer than expected but they solved all the complications that came up and stayed within quote. It was a quick and painless process. Definitely use again.

Description of Work: Fixed louvered doors, put up a flag pole and installed outside light.

Description of Work: Norm sent a man out immediately to replace a few of the lower siding panels on the house we are selling. They are a perfect match, and, frankly, it is impossible to tell that any work was done at all. What a beautiful job!

Description of Work: Smoothed out popcorn ceiling in whole house and repaired cosmetic cracks in the ceiling. Updated fixtures and faucets in bathrooms. Painted whole house interior. Installed new carpet throughout house. Installed new external light fixture and did some minor repairs on the exterior of the house. Quality of work was excellent on the painting, ceiling work and carpet. We had a few days delay due to illness but I was informed about it so cannot there. If I have a complaint, it was finish on bathroom Light fixtures. I was told centering of the light over the sink was not possible as the initial installation was not done correctly and would be lot more expensive to fix, so I did not push this further. I was able to get another electrician later who was able to get it done for $50. Final walk-through was thorough and professional. I would certainly use them again.

Description of Work: Reilly's did an excellent job residing our chimney. They took extra care to replace the underlying plywood and trim (where necessary) within the quoted price even though those things weren't included in the original quote. They also rebuilt our front porch railings, columns and soffits. All of the work was fast, professional and reasonably priced.

Description of Work: I chose to have many interior and exterior issues corrected and update much of the interior. They were even able to identify a serious builders deficiency and address it during the course of completing the services I initially requested. Naturally, I encountered some of the normal problems one should expect when contracting a large, diverse project (I.e. misunderstandings and frustrations of remodelling), but all in all, I was very satisfied with their work and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Reilly's handyman service did an excellent job in pressure washing my duplex, replaceing any exterior masonite sideing which had rotted, and painting the entire duplex top to bottom! He was on time explained everything he was going to do (or found which needed to be repaired) and completed the job for the price we agreed upon. I was vey please with his work which was professional, courtious, and revolved around customer satisfacton. I would recommend him to anyone needing home repairs, or painting, or pressure washing. His crew can handle big jobs quickly and produce quality workmanship.

Description of Work: Tore out all the cedar siding and some framing surrounding the fireplace flue.Replaced the damaged framing and replaced all of the cedar around the flue.Stained all of the cedar siding.They also replaced the chimney cap.I am very happy with the results.
