I called him, he came out and gave an estimate. they got the job done in 3 days. They were very quick. Everything that I have seen, they did really good work.

Norm was great. He was knowledgeable and informative. He gave me a great price compared to other estimates I got. He always answered his cell phone when I called him. On a big job like this, I'm constantly walking around and inspecting. Most of the work was done flawlessly the first time. When I pointed out the two things that I didn't think were up to par, Norm took care of my concerns immediately. One concern had to do with the way the wood on the bottom of the entrance door sidelights was repaired. Norm re-did the repair himself. The other concern was with the painting . The initial spray painting of the house came out uneven. When I pointed this out to Norm, he agreed and had the painters completely redo the house. It came out great. All of the workers were polite and very highly skilled. I was impressed. The crew was always punctual and Norm always kept in touch with me to apprise me of any changes in schedule. He is soft spoken, detail oriented, and treats the customer like he is king. (Which I am)

I needed work done to my house to complete a real estate transaction so I called a home repair/remodel company that is well advertised on local sports radio. They took a couple days to return my call and come for an estimate, but their salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. He told me that his price would be the highest (and it was by $2,000). I then contacted Reilly's to get an estimate. Norm was prompt to return my initial call and came out very soon thereafter to give me an estimate for the work. I had a narrow window to get a significant amount of siding repair done (darn masonite) prior to the closing of my house. Norm was able to accommodate me and he and his crew got the work done right on time. They did a professional job in each of the various repair areas and Norm was almost always immediately available by phone. There was a lot of work to be done and there were just a few minor areas they missed on painting when they were finished. I called Norm and they were there at 8 sharp the next morning and quickly finished the job. His crew were friendly, prompt, and accommodating. I'm a very picky guy and the work they did met my high standards. The work was performed right at the estimate and there were no surprises. Norm will now be in my address book for future service!

My teen left for camp - time for repairs. Norm showed up on time for an estimate the day after I emailed him. As explained above, he saw what needed to be done, made suggestions and was able to have his guy (Jeff) come out within one week. Jeff arrived to do the work on time, and he was very neat, super courteous (he was tip toeing around the house like a mouse!) and did a nice job, paying attention to details. I was fortunate in that I was able to locate the original paint colors (from 17 years ago) and Jeff used them to get the paint to match exactly - which was a big plus!!

Norm and his crew came on time, worked a three man crew hard for three days and did a super job. The replaced all the J channels and wood rot that was found during the repair work. Norm spent 2 hours one morning driving all over town to find a matching piece of siding, where there was a brittle cracked piece. They did a great job and will be hiring them again for some work later in the year.

The only unpleasant thing about the experience occurred when the workmen discovered the rot under the roof shingles. That was not anticipated and those repairs had not been included in the original estimate. The contractor gave me a revised estimate that I accepted and although the extent and location of the rot was somewhat different from what could be seen initially, the contractor still stuck with his revised estimate, and did not try to parlay the variance into a higher price for the work. These folks did a super good job and were totally reliable and mannerly. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, or to recommend them to my friends.
