They were on time and very professional. We didn?t use them as their quote was very high. We couldn?t understand why their quote was way higher than the other two quotes that we had received.

Norm and his crew did a fine job. They quickly and professionally repaired our water damaged garage front and painted our entire house. He went the extra mile and reviewed the whole house for rotten wood and siding while proposing a vary fair price for the whole job. Thanks Norm!

We have a Pulte spec home built in 1995 that has 2x4 frame / OSB chimney covered with vinyl siding. Like many of the homes in our sub-division, we began developing rot on the wood trim. I chose Reilly?s Handyman Services based on their stellar reviews on Angie?s List. After an initial estimate to replace and paint the rotten trim, Jeff and Alan showed up and began the job. After removing the trim, it was clear that there was much more water damage than what was externally visible. Norm Reilly showed up on site within the hour. We discussed my options and he re-estimated the job. In the end, the vinyl siding and trim were removed from the entire front and one side of the chimney. The damaged framing and OSB were replaced and the exposed surfaces and corners of the chimney covered with Tyvek. The trim was replaced with MiraTEC (rot resistant) trim, chalked, and painted. Finally, the siding was put back on the chimney with new J-channel. Norm?s crew inspected the chimney cap and the back side trim and gave it a clean bill of health. As part of the same job, Norm inspected the trim on the house and repaired one other section on the garage. It should also be noted that they did a good job of cleaning up. I am please with the result and am having Norm bid other jobs for the spring.

Excellent experience and results. Bid was prompt and repairs were completed correctly and as arranged. Cleanup was done immediately afterwards and properly.

Their work was not excellent but was above average. They needed to come back and clean up some areas where we had some paint due to over painting and spraying. They were responsive and when we did have problems, they came back and fixed it.

Norm was prompt, and courteous when he came out do give me a free estimate. He scheduled the work for the next week, and his crews arrived on time, and completed the work in an excellent manner, going out of their way to clean up at the end of the day. Absolutely recommended.

Later, they put in some new flooring and stained the same. They did an excellent job. I?ll definitely use them again in the future.

I spoke to someone over the phone and they gave me an estimate for the countertop installation but not the actual countertops, just the installation. It was like we would buy the countertops and they would install it for me. The estimate was 600 dollars to install countertops in two different bathrooms. I was impressed with the reviews that they had on Angie's List for them. The reason why I didn't get them out was because we just decided to try a different direction in terms of buying countertops from the company who was going to install them. So, I spoke to another company who could do that and want to use them for this work. If need arrives I would like to use them in future.

He is actually a neighbor. He replaced one shingle that didn't match and now we have what looks like a bald spot. I wasn't happy about that. His workmen put in a plastic curved piece instead of the aluminum and it looks terrible. It was totally inappropriate. I'm sure it wasn't a misunderstanding because I described exactly what I wanted. I don't think he was the issue but I think he picked the wrong person to do the job. They did some things really well like prepare the rotted wood and the drip edge and reattaching the gutter. The other things were not done properly and I don't have time to keep following up and having them come back to redo stuff. They left some debris and when I came home I thought they weren?t done. They didn't do a good job of cleaning up and I expected a quality handyman service. It should have looked like they had not been there when they finished. I will not call them back. I think the price was on the high end. I had talked to other people and it was high for a day's worth of work. I would not have argued with the price had it been done really well. They were able to work us in right away and he talked to us right away.

I had four companies look at the work that needed to be done. He was the only one of the four people who didn?t even realize that I was asking him to take down a false beam. He looked at it but he didn?t realize that it was false wood. He told me that I needed a lot of structural work done on it. I eventually explained to him as to what I really needed done. His prices were very poor. Currently, his prices are twice as high as that of the others because he has included structural work in the estimate, which doesn?t need doing. He was responsive, though. I will not use him again in the future.

They did a really good job. He came out the same day that I called and sent some guys out later that afternoon to do the work. The price was really good and reasonable for how long they worked.

They are responsible, clean, and there are no foul mouths which is important when you have children around. Norm Reilly, the owner, has an electrician, plumber, painters, and they continually surprise me at their skill level and what they are willing to do. They are really working with me and my schedule because you never know what is going to come up at the last minute. I know it?s a headache for him, but he?s done a lot to help me pull off this remodel. We have a working relationship that I just trust that they will give me the best price.

There was rewiring with an electrical switch that was not exactly what we had asked for so, we actually had to have the electrician come back and make one change which was easy to do and he was happy to do it. Well enough that it's been several months and we still get compliments from all the neighbors, and two of them have hired or spoken to Mr. Reilly about similar work on their homes. I think that says it well. The work speaks for itself.

Very easy to work with. Was able to talk with them and get an estimate right away, within hours of calling. They did everything they were asked and also offered good suggestions for better solutions to the job. They were on-time and worth the money, and always explained anything and everything they were working on and doing. They even followed up on one little issue to make sure I was satisfied after I paid off the end of the job.

all work done per agreement (written estimate) -------- nice job and cleaned up when finished. Took better part of 3 days and costs were "spot on" per estimate.

Workmen arrived on time, removed old plumbing with no issues, installed new drainage and lines without hassle or complaint. Did an extremely good job and efficient. Would recommend them again
