Very satisfied with the work. Norm responded to my request quickly, came out to give me an estimate the next day. 3 days later the job was complete. We will certainly call them in the future.

In general, work was of good quality and they cleaned up well. My only complaints are: 1. A squirrel got into attic and when soffit was repaired the squirrel could not get out and died in attic. This created a huge stink until I figured out what was going on and got the dead squirrel out and had to replace some of the insulation. 2. There was a security light that was located on the soffit that does not work since the roof was done. I believe the wires became disconnected and was not reconnected properly. I saw the light hanging by the wires when the roofers were there. 3. I paid half ($2,075) of the $4,150 up front and then the rest on completion of the job. At the completion, as I was writing the check Norm insisted that I owed $2,750. I had to get the quote to show him that the amount that I owed was actually $2,075. This situation was uncomfortable for me.

Extremely well. ?Normal 7 year exterior maintenance. I employ Reilly's every 5-7 years to repair/replace/paint as normal maintenance that makes our house sparkle. I highly recommended the company to my friends. ?Excellent service team, prompt execution at a fair price.

We hired Norm and company to replace rotten floor joists and to replace the deck. From the initial contact through to job completion, Norm was communicative and generally easy to deal with. The level of craft and workmanship is well beyond what we expected for the price. The floor repair is rock solid. The deck is fabulous. Norm is our "go-to" guy for all our upcoming repair/remodeling projects, we highly recommend Reilly's Handyman Services!

Everything went well from the initial estimate to the final work. The workers came early and stayed late to make sure the job was done correctly and on time. On one occasion, I had to bring out some flashlights since the men insisted on working way into the night to complete the project! Although there was some price adjustment based on additional work that was identified, the adjustment was fair and enabled the job to be successfully completed. The workers did excellent quality work and kept the work area clean throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Norm Reilly came over the day after I called him. He assessed the situation, taking notes, and then gave me an estimate and the time frame in which the work would be done. The following week, he called and asked if his people could come over the next afternoon. Jeff and his assistant arrived on time and plunged into the carpentry work. They did a great job. The next morning, two other people painted the new boards. Reilly checked his crew's work, and we settled up. We were pleased with job done by Norm Reilly and his people.

Different crew for roofing, carpentry, and painting, Each crew is specialized to the task. No delay between the scheduling of different crew. Entire project went smoothly and was done within two weeks. The crews are courteous, skillful, and professional. Each day the work site was cleaned before departure. The owner is very knowledgeable of various tasks and very responsive to our requests. We are very satisfied with the work done to our house.

This is a first rate company with talented craftsmen working the jobs. We are pleased with every aspect of the work they did in our home and would absolutely hire them again in the future and recommend to others. Norm is personable and professional , also accurate in estimating costs and we're definitely happy customers! Reasonably priced, excellent work.

There were scheduling conflicts initially due to the weather, but they came when they promised and delivered exactly as described. They were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. No problems, no issues. We will definitely use them again for any improvements.

His painter, intending to leave his finished work perfect, polished the wood floors with some kind of wax product. It left a film unintentionally. Owner Reilly responded to our complaint immediately and paid for a flooring subcontractor to fix the problem. We were impressed with the how well Reilly took responsibility at his own expense and saw to it that we were satisfied.

Sent in request to get a quote on some finish install work for a master bath project. Owner responded promptly at the agreed to time and provided a quote which although high was accepted and a date was scheduled to have the work begin. The crew however arrived 45 minutes late and proceeded to stand around, going back to their van a few times. After 30 minutes of standing around they decided they could not or did not want to do the project and just walked out. Owner refunded my deposit promptly but I still would not recommend using this vendor.

Reilly's Handyman service did a fantastic job repairing the exterior woodwork on our home. Mr. Reilly was very polite and professional. His carpenters are excellent craftsmen and the crew was very pleasant to work with. The painting crew also did a beautiful job. We would use them again!

We were very happy with Reilly's Handyman Services. Norm's crew was friendly and professional and attentive to detail. We've used Reilly's several times in the past couple of years for various projects. They have resided our chimney, replaced porch railing, removed and installed lighting fixtures, removed/replaced faucets and drains and painted our hall banister and wainscoating and two bathrooms.. We undoubtedly will need more handyman help in the future and will definitely call Norm Reilly again.

This group was excellent to work with, they were punctual to the minute. They also found a few areas that needed replacement that I completely missed. My family felt completely comfortable around the team assigned to my project. I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

Norm and team always show up I. Time and do a good job on the basic repair work I require frequently around the house.

Called Norm to schedule an estimate for some trim and a large window replacement. We walked through all the items I wanted replaced and I received an estimate that day with the start date for the work. Everything was completed to satisfaction and very quickly. The crew Norm uses has been with him for a long time and they work well together. Their attention to detail and professionalism is one of the main reasons I keep calling them back to work on my home. I've noticed that these guys actually care about what their doing and the finished product shows. I should probably mention, this is the third job I've hired them for and I'm already planning to call them for some other items I need to be repaired. Reilly's does a lot of different types of work, but if you need someone for siding and windows, you'd be crazy not to try them.

Extremely thorough job of identifying many carpentry repair items around the exterior of the house. I was very impressed with his detailed identification of what was needed and he was able and willing to handle things like replacing an exterior door. I have no doubt his teams do a thorough job on handyman type work. I chose another provider due to overall price but if I had a significant repair item on my home I would not hesitate to contact this business as I believe this is their specialty.

The carpentry work was very good. I would give that an A-. The overall paint job looks good, and I'm confident that it will last, but I started out with the expectation that this service would be outstanding and was somewhat disappointed. They gave me a great impression when I got the quote, and they had a lot of As on Angie's list. In the end, the work was good (and better than average so I gave them Bs), but it there wasn't the attention to detail that I expected. They painted over holes I asked to be filled (I had to ask repeatedly to get them filled). They painted over a sloppy seal on the back of the house instead of resealing it right. The replaced my casement windows but didn't replace the rusted hardware. I asked to have the porch railing caulk worked on, but they didn't do a lot with it. Some of my windows (including the casement windows they replaced) stick even though I kept them open as long as I was told to. A friend of mine used them and came back to me with the same impression (repairs good; painters weren't excellent). Bottom line: In this market there are a lot of people who don't do repairs correctly and do a poor job painting. Unfortunately, that's the average. By those standards, Reilly was really good. I'd just expected excellence and was a little disappointed, mostly with regard to the painting.

I sent a message asking for an estimate. The reply was: "Thank you for the interest, I am currently over booked for doors and windows and not accepting additional work at this time."

Norm is very clear with what he plans to do and also makes helpful suggestions. Those who do the work for him pay excellent attention to detail and are very reliable. They did a good job with clean up and were very quick to reply to any issues. In particular the people who did the painting work were knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

They’re doing great. I chose to go with them because they had good reviews online. They come when they say they’re going to come and they’re very professional. They do what say they’re going to do. So far everything is looking great. I don’t have anything negative to say about them.

Norm Reilly reviewed the scope of repairs that I had prepared prior to his visit. Both of us walked the exterior and interior of my home. He was attentive to my scope and helped in noting other areas. He was the third Angie's list handyman repair service I had looking at my scope and home. His pricing was very competitive with the others. The other two were good but Norm seemed to differentiate himself. Norm's team of carpenters showed up and completed the repair work in about 3 days. They were very professional, competent and friendly. The repair quality was excellent. They replaced the rotted wood with a composite that would not rot in the future. With all the repairs to the exterior, a complete painting of the house was necessary. Norm's paint crew did an excellent job with the painting. On the interior of the home (painting of the ceilings), I was particularly impressed with the cover and protection of my walls, furniture and flooring. This was one area I was concerned with and their attention to detail here was much appreciated. I will definitely use Norm Reilly for any future repairs to my home. Quality work!
