Description of Work: I am a realtor and had RB Engineering come out to look at and evaluate some structural settling issues at a house where I was representing the buyer. I needed someone on short notice prior to the buyer's due diligence period expiring. RB was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. They arrived on time, did a thorough evaluation, explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had. They had a written report back to me the very next day. There was no repair work necessary, so I can't speak to that end of their buisiness but overall I was very pleased with the service they provided and would use them again.

Description of Work: I am putting in a larger crawl space opening in my foundation wall and RB Eng. team came out and was very professional and personable and listened to what I wanted, took measurements and gave me a tentative positive on what specifics of what I wanted to do, told me how long it would take (num of hours) and cost per hour. Then in a week, they sent me exactly what we discussed and what I needed to go down to the city planning/permits office to obtain the permit required to begin the work. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend this team to anyone. I was extremely satisfied!

Description of Work: The Town of Cary said I needed approval from a structural engineer for an addition to my deck. I was in a hurry as I needed the deck built before the upcoming family reunion. Ron came out the same day I called and sent the letter of approval back to me later that evening. He was friendly, very professional and prompt. I am highly satisfied.

Description of Work: Mr. Bittler did an inspection of my home's foundation to address some foundation shifting and interior drywall cracks. He looked under and around the foundation, took laser-level measurements inside, and composed an engineering letter with detailed recommendations to stabilize the structure. We will get bids from construction companies to perform the repairs he designed.

Description of Work: A full interior and exterior inspection was performed because of visible cracks in the brickwork exterior and drywall interior of our house.
