Excellent job! Roman was punctual, efficient, and very competent. Everything not only looks great and works well - there is not a drop of water where water should NOT be and I did not have to clean up after him. He was friendly, tolerated my small dog and very helpful with suggestions and advice. I certainly plan of using him again on my next remodel.

You are doing yourself a disservice if you call anyone other than Roman. This guy is awesome. He came out the day after i called him at a very convenient time. I had a small leak coming from a shower on the 2nd floor and it was showing on the ceiling downstairs. He diagnosed the problem and told me that he could cut into the ceiling and do all sorts of expensive stuff, but what I should do is to call tile guy for a cheap fix. He even referred me to a local tile guy that does great work. He was extremely honest and he even followed up the next day to see if the leak got worse or if everything was ok. He will definitely be on the top of my list to call if I have a plumbing problem. He should be on the top of your list to if you need plumbing work.

Although scheduled to come out on a Saturday, our unit failed 3 days early, and he made it out 1.5 hours after I called him. He had many other customers to juggle, but handled it all well, and was very professional.

Roman was efficient and thoughtful. The kitchen faucet installation was a mess, and previous attempts to fix had failed. I thought I was going to have to get a new faucet, but he figured out a way to solve the problem. He was cheerful, pleasant, and communicated well. A prince among plumbers!

Roman came out looked over the drips, got the parts and repaired everything pretty quickly. He was very friendly and helpful.

Good: Very good price tag, prompt turnaround, good quality installation. Bad: After installation the water in the master bath was cold. Roman tried to blow it off as a problem with the existing pipes or shower. His claim was that debris in the system was preventing water pressure from being high enough to start the heater. He replaced the shower cartridge because it had debris stuck in it (extra $100) and when that didn't resolve the issue he said the only remaining alternative was to open up the wall to get to the pipes behind but he couldn't guarantee that he would find the problem. This troublesooting exercise continued for about a week and then I called another big name plumbing company (RotoRooter). The plumber came out and after listening to the full story, he removed the pressure valve from the massaging shower head -- problem fixed and there was no charge. Other annoyances: Not very customer oriented. After his first visit my wife refused to deal with him.

We had a leak in our three handled tub fixture. Our home was built in 1962 and the faucet fixtures were Speakman Kent fixtures. Another company had come out and for $90.00 accomplished nothing except to say that a special tool was needed to remove the fixtures. The plumber could not even remove the stems. We figured that we needed to find a good plumber, not just a company with recent plumbing techs. We saw recommendations on Angie's List for this company and decided to call Roman. Roman came out, keep his appointment time with us, and repaired the leak by updating the fixtures. He was diligent and very efficient with the repair. We now have a functioning fixtures without a leak.

Roman and I have developed quite a friendship as a result of all the work that he has done for us. I have recommended him to at least 10 people and he is getting quite a reputation locally. He is very good on the pricing and is unbelievable in his responsiveness. He is fast and phenomenally punctual. I don?t have a complaint in the world. My overall experience with him has been excellent.

He showed up five minutes early for the appointment. He repaired my toilet and he gave me some hints about what to do with my garbage disposal that was not working. He was very good. I think that plumbers always charge way to much, however the price for the work was reasonable.

I broke the main cutoff off. Needed help asap. Roman came quickly and got the leak fixed. It was after hours and the price was good. Would recommend to anyone.

Roman informed us at each step and gave us a choice throughout to replace the parts or replace the entire appliance. Although the initial repair did not solve the problem, he had warned us of that from the beginning, so we can't blame him. I think his pricing was fair, but perhaps not the cheapest we could have gotten. Of course, someone else may have insisted we replace the whole thing, when that obviously was unnecessary. Roman even called back a few days after the repair work to make sure we were satisfied.

It went extremely well. Even though he joked around a lot, he stayed very focus on finding the problem and resolving it to our satisfaction. Which he did and now we finally have good water pressure.

Excellant from start to finish. Replaced leaking water heater with an upgraded tankless. Roman came over on Saturday am and finished up the upgrade the same day.

I had several leaks (both bathtubs, both toilets). When my main water valve began leaking I knew that I had to contact a plumber. Someone recommended Angie's list which is where I got Roman's number. As soon as I contacted Roman he came by and assessed the damage. He quickly went to work on the problem. My bathtubs were a bigger problem than anticipated, but Roman wouldn't leave until the entire job was completed. He had to go to Home Depot to get another part. Overall I was happy with the work that was done by Roman. I would recommend him to anyone. Being a single parent on a tight budget I began to feel stressed with what it might cost me to fix everything. But Roman was not only good at his job but fair in his price.

Very good experience with R&S. I called Roman on a Tuesday morning around 10am and left a message. He got back to me within 30 minutes. He was able to come to my house by 1pm that afternoon, gave me a quick estimate, ran out for some parts, came right back and fixed the problem within an hour. Considering this was not an emergency repair, the promptness of his service was highly appreciated and completely unexpected. I did not get competitive quotes but his hourly rate and parts price seemed reasonable to me, especially based on how quickly he came out. I'll definitely remember Roman if I need another plumbing job done.

I noticed my hot water heater was leaking & coincidentally was getting new countertops at the same time. So I was already in need of a plumber to install my new faucet. Roman drove by my house the same day to get eyes on the issue. He came back a couple days later to perform the job. He installed the faucet, corrected my poorly attached dishwasher water drain line, and then worked on the hot water heater. He removed my old, broken water heater & installed a brand new one. He didn't have a 40-gallon heater to replace my broken one & installed a 50-gallon one WITHOUT CHARGING ME MORE. Very nice. We both forgot about the $50 discount for Angie's List members and I paid the full amount. Roman noticed the next day & gave me a call. He came by a couple days later to refund the $50. I was pretty impressed, I would definitely use Roman again for any plumbing issues I might have in the future. Thanks Roman!

Overall, our experience with R&S Plumbing was superb. I have already recommended to several friends whom have older hot water heaters and may be in need of a new one soon. Monday night we realized that our heater was broken, no hot water. Roman came over that night to investigate to see if it could be fixed. We could have tried an inexpensive quick fix, but given the age of our heater, we decided to replace and with the more efficient electric heater. He rearranged his schedule, which was greatly appreciated, to replace the very next morning. He was very efficient, and we are extremely confident in the quality workmanship. We needed an additional outlet, since we also had a fridge and freezer running out in the garage, so he coordinated with an electrician, and was able to coordinate around my personal work schedule to make it as convenient as possible. Roman's follow up was impressive. he called later that evening to ensure that everything was working correctly and even stopped by the next day. Throughout the whole process, Roman was very prompt,always showing up at the time promised,and returned phone calls quickly. he never appeared rushed, always willing to answer questions. His rates are extremely reasonable and fair. Without a doubt, we will continue to use R& S with any future plumbing needs.

Roman was great. My water heater started leaking the day I was going out of town. I was really worried because it was in my attic. He came over and disconnected the water heater so we would still have water until he could come install the new one.

Our hot water heater sprung a leak while we were away for the day. We called around at 4:30pm and couldn't get most places to even answer a phone. We left messages with many folks, and actually never received a single phone call back from anyone, even days later! We called Roman with R&S plumbing, he picked up on his cell immediately and we described the problem. He asked for specific details about what happened and the location of the water heater, and said he could be right over to confirm a few things, get the replacement and install it that night! He got off the line and apparently called the supply store and asked them to stay open so he could get the equipment once he confirmed a few things. He arrived quickly, introduced himself, then ran up to the attic and jotted down more numbers. Off he ran to the store, then came back minutes later with the new water heater. He quoted us what sounded like a very fair price. We estimated stuff online and think we got a good deal. Could we have shopped around and got better? It's possible. But the quick, friendly and professional service was worth the few dollars we might have saved with someone else. We volunteered to help him get the water heater up our tiny attic steps. He never asked for such a thing; we just offered since it was *quite* a job. And then he went and gave us a discount for our help! All in all, we couldn't be more impressed with Roman and R&S plumbing. If we ever have another problem pop up, or if we want to consider some new/custom work, we will absolutely be calling him again.
