Description of Work: Replaced a faucet. Roman was punctual, professional, and cost of services were comparable to other plumbers. In addition, he went out of his way to explain how I should replace the cabinet floor as it was wet and explained how to do it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great job at a reasonable cost.

Description of Work: I found Roman Kaukereit (R&S Plumbing) on Angie's list. I wanted to replace two toilets with low-flow models; Mr. Kaukereit advised me on the selection and installed both of them in a timely and extremely professional manner. I had also asked him to check for possible water leaks under my townhouse, which he did. He knows his stuff, works quickly, and is a real professional, and he doesn't overcharge. I recommended him to my neighbor recently and she was equally pleased with his work and the quality of the service.

Description of Work: I made an appointment weeks ahead of time for the replacement of a pressure valve. They did not show up on time or at all. Very disappointed.

Description of Work: My hot water heater leaked and flooded my attic and stairway and one bedroom. I was panicked when I found this had happened. I called R&S plumbing and got great service. Roman, the owner, came out immediately. He replaced my 2 water heaters, built a special platform so they would drain properly and put in new better-sized drain pans - all in the same day I called! He worked until 9:00 PM to make sure that I would have hot water in the morning! He came back the next day to make sure everything was working properly; and to take the old water heaters away. Maybe best of all – he noticed how bad my water pressure was and installed a new pressure reducing valve. For the first time in the 11 yrs I've lived here, I have good water pressure! Would definitely call Roman again if I needed plumbing help!
