Great job. Arrived early. They stayed and finished the job, even through the rain and hail storm.

We made an appointment over the phone to get an estimate of having new window screens installed for 7/8 windows that were without. They never came or called. We placed additional calls which were never returned.

This was a great experience start to finish. Rich came out for the initial consult and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and understand the options. I thought he was fair and honest - he even talked me out of a more expensive screen option because it wouldn't have given me any benefit. The crew came out a few days later and spent most of the day building new screens. They even hauled away the old mangled screens. Everyone involved was pleasant and professional. I'm planning to hire them again soon to redo the screens on my porch.

Rich Murray came out with samples of different materials and advised us on what would be suitable given that our existing fiberglass screen had been torn by cute but pesky squirrels. He came out subsequently and fitted a stronger screen, and kindly cut back a tree that was starting to push against one of the other screens. He was professional, friendly and seems to know his stuff. He was happy to spend time discussing the best solution for our porch and he and his colleague were pleasant to have working in and around our home.
