Description of Work: When my AC stopped working, I called Phil N Great. Got the answering service, and Jarod called me back in ten minutes. He came immediately and diagnosed the problem. He worked with the manufacturer to try to get the part covered under warranty. He kept me posted on arrival times, cost, and work in progress. He did a great job!
