Excellent. We've had three specific dealings with Wendy. In 2007 we bought a condo with our son who was going to graduate school. Two years later, in the depths of the Recession, she managed to sell that condo, and we just about broke even, rare in 2009. Then we decided to move ourselves to the area. I'll concentrate on that move. First, Wendy listened to what we wanted, unlike every other realtor I've ever dealt with. Second, she stuck with us even though we were 600 miles away and could only get to the area sporadically. Next, she showed us a wide variety of homes. We finally found one that was a short sale, which called on Wendy to do additional work. Closing was a breeze.
