Replacing old outlets in house. One was miswired and not controlled by a light switch. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. It didn't take very long so he replaced several other outlets as a part of the big deal.

It was awesome. Mr. Moss was excellent. He came in and it was clean. It was professionally done. He had to cut a hole in the wall to put a new outlet. He did excellent work. I received quotes from other companies in the area and they are two or three times higher.

He called 15min before arriving to give us a heads up. He spent about two hours troubleshooting and answering questions. He is very professional, helpful with answering questions, and interested in helping his customers save money. We highly recommend his services.

It went great! Mr. Moss is very good at what he does! I had one ceiling light in my laundry room and he turned it into 2 and installed both fixtures AND he cleaned up after!

Herbert Moss (Moss Electric) arrived on time. After explaining the difficulty in hanging the pendants using existing pod lights, Herbert quickly assembled the pendants and quickly and efficiently installed the pendants. My wife thoroughly approved the job. Herbert was extremely competent and pleasant. I highly recommend him for any electrical job.

Herbert is very professional, but also very kind and easy to work with. He was very flexible with our timelines and working around other contingencies and trades involved in our kitchen update. I really like that he took the time to explain to us the details, in easy to understand language and indicated where we need to have other trades perform their part before or after his. The kitchen island and tv entertainment area are now functional and look amazing. We highly recommend Herbert and will be in touch with him again for future projects.

The company had a good sale with Angie's list. $99 for two hours. Herbert was courteous and on-time. The main objective was to install a ceiling fan in the morning room and a small chandelier in the bedroom. That's where he spent the majority of the time. He was careful with the installation, and made sure things were in the position we liked. With time left, Herbert helped me fix the light hub over the fireplace. The fix was simple. But I would never be able to do it correctly and efficiently as he did. He also changed the bulbs in the living room to the dimmerable kind. I just wished he had brought a taller ladder to reach those that are higher up in the ceiling (it is a slanted ceiling.) Overall, excellent service. Given the promotion, excellent value. I will definitely hire Herbert again for future fix and upgrade around the house.

He knows more than just electrical connections and logically went through the instructions for the thermostat, even though it was new technology. I was able to call up more "help" from the website and we were able to do a "hit or miss" approach on configuring it. He had all the connections right - even though my heat pump system is over 30 years old! That was a feat in itself! Even the Ecobee manufacturer's documentation showed they were a little dubious that this thermostat would work. The light panel installation was something I tried to do myself - and gave up. He breezed through it and was done in less time than it took me to open all the packages and get the tools together when I attempted the same in another location in my house! I can['t say enough how confident he was and very clear-thinking as well. He also matched his schedule with mine in a way that really got this done very fast and without any problems with cancellation on my part!

Mr. Moss was great. Very responsive, came out on a Sunday (which was surprising!) and was punctual and professional. I will gladly use him for any further complicated electrical work.
