Description of Work: Checked out a circuit that did not work. It worked for a day then went off again. I went back to using a drop cord from another outlet. In all fairness the technician said to call him if it failed again, but I honestly don't want to go through the time and expense of having to repair this outlet when i can use another one nearby. The other job that he address was putting in a new light fixture in the attic. That works perfectly.

Description of Work: Mr. Moss was absolutely fantastic. I had an unusual problem with much diligence he was able to fix it. He was very professional. He was willing to come on a Saturday which was great because then I did not have to take off from work. I would highly recommend him.

Description of Work: Herbert Moss was on time,professional and friendly. He asked what I needed and had me prioritize the tasks. He had to spend a good part of my two hours tracing the circuits before he could find the one shorting out my outlets. He fixed both of those problems. | |He will come back in February to do more extensive work for me. | |There was no doubt that he knows what he is doing. That was confirmed when I went to pick up some outlet plates at an electrical supply store. The people there said he was an excellent electrician. | |I look forward to having him fix my other electrical problems. | | |

Description of Work: provider called me Sunday AM; said he had a cancellation & could come over 2 my house now (Really? Sunday morning?) w/ further probing found out that he has a full-time job & just does these "odd jobs" nights & weekends - aka shade tree mechanic. w/ further discussion I was not comfortable that individual had the skills/qualifications to perform the tasks I needed done. Shame on you Angie for sponsoring a person w/ such dubious qualifications. Needless to say I cancelled the "Big Deal" & will be very skeptical of any in the future. Your (Angie) screening needs to be upgraded. OBTW - received a voicemail today from provider to tell me that he was now available to do my job - he was intending to call another "sucker"! Obviously my contact info is still in his BUFFALO phone. I'm really disappointed in you Angie - I could have stumbled over this knucklehead w/o your help.
