Monster Tree Service of the Research Triangle

Contracted by my HOA to prune trees behind my home. A branch came down on my privacy fence pulling it backwards. I watched the entire event happen, but the crew denied ever touching the fence. The owner, Jason, was not willing to even speak with me…telling his crew leader to take him off speaker to I couldn’t hear his conversation. It’s an old fence. I wasn’t asking for major repairs or to replace anything. I just wanted them to stabilize the section they damaged so it wouldn’t fall. Definitely not an honorable company.

Quick and easy estimate process. Rich is a great guy to work with and really knows his stuff. Prices as expected. Scheduling was quick and easy. Rich and his crew did the work quickly, and as described. We couldn't be happier!

Fantastic service at reasonable prices- I’ve worked with many tree removal companies, and this company by far is the most professional, most knowledgeable, with the most reasonable prices. I had a couple trees which needed to be removed- both complex. For the first tree, other companies wouldn’t take the job because of complexity. Monster said no problem and charged me half what another company quoted. They also ground a different stump for us for free! The other tree was even more challenging because of its location overhanging my house (and brittle). They gave me a quote and tried to remove it. Realizing it was too brittle, they said they needed to come back with a crane. Even though this cost them more, they honored their first quote. And I appreciated their honesty and putting safety first. On top of all of this, they have always been on time and professional. They’re definitely my go-to company to call for tree removal in the future!!

Very professional. Had all necessary equipment and training to properly use cranes, etc. Left property neat and did not tear up yard.
