They were amazing from start to finish. They were very responsive, helpful and professional every step of the way. The stone is beautiful, and they did a fantastic job with installation. You have to look very hard to see the one seam. It turned out exactly like I wanted. Also, their prices were the lowest of the three estimates I got. It's a family owned company, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them!

The folks at Mogastone were wonderful. From helping us pick out the best stone for our bathroom all the way through installation. Plus, they were extremely patient with our string of "Oh, wow! It's that one!" Which went on most of an afternoon until we settled on the soapstone. And, even though it was several months from the time we visited and chose our vanity top until we scheduled the appointment for measure, cut, and polish, we still got exactly the section of stone we'd selected.

We searched about every granite installer in the area and came back to Mogastone. Anca was incredibly nice and made us feel like valued customers. She helped us pick everything out from the granite to the sinks to the edge on the granite. She never tried to upsell us on anything and helped us stay well within our budget. They are one of the few places in the area that do not upcharge for an ogee edge either! She even wrote special instructions for the fabricators to minimize the dark seam that ran through our granite piece. They even went the extra mile by placing the seam between the two separate pieces of granite where the sink would be positioned to minimize that as well! I've seen others where they had the seam at a corner so it ran the length of your countertop. The installers were extremely punctual and made quick work of the installation. Prior to starting, they placed sheets down on the floor to protect them They shimmed and made sure the countertop was level side to side and front to back as well as made the gaps between the range even on each side. They took special care to match the resin filler at the granite pieces seam and even went back with touch up resin to add in black flecks to really help blend it in with the rest of the countertops. The hole for the faucet and soap dispenser was clean and centered as well. They cleaned up as if they were never there, wiped down the countertops, resealed them again and made sure we were satisfied with the installation prior to leaving. We have contemplated putting in a granite vanity top in the master bathroom and I wouldn't hesitate to go with them again for this! I highly recommend Mogastone for granite installation!

After much searching for the "perfect" countertops, we were delighted by the beautiful selection and the exemplary service at Mogastone, Inc. We give Mogastone, Inc. our highest recommendation. The quality of materials, the expertise of our consultant, and the professionalism of the installation were first rate!

My wife and I shopped a variety of granite distributors for our new kitchen ? both retail and wholesale warehouses ? and ended up purchasing from Mogastone and were extremely pleased we did. First, all the staff at the office was so nice and informative: Maria, Anca and Constantine were in the showroom when we first visited and they were patient, thoughtful and very helpful. In particular, we wanted a bevel that wasn?t too sharp (an Ogee, they call it), and they were very accommodating where other retailers were not. Constantine explained that they would raise the router to achieve a more rounded, smoother bevel and that worked out just the way we wanted. Next, we found that they had the best selection of even some of the warehouses we visited and were delighted to find a unique ?Sienna Bordeaux? which had a beautiful movement in the stone that we were able to showcase on our various counter tops. Once again, Constantine was very helpful in helping us line up where the cuts and shapes were going to be made to make sure we got the most beautiful parts of the stone for our kitchen. Weeks later, when our new cabinets were installed, Nick came out for the final measure. Nick was very knowledgeable and made several recommendations that we hadn?t thought about and even some that at first we didn?t want. An example was when he suggested that we have them make end pieces that go along the wall to make clean up easier and to have a more finished look, we were at first against it but told him to make them anyway and that we?d decide upon installation whether or not we wanted them. On installation day, four workers showed up along with Constantine himself. The install went completely smoothly, despite them having to cut some of the walls out to make the granite fit correctly. It was SO nice to have one part of our renovation go smoothly and without a hitch! And, sure enough, when they placed the end pieces they looked great. They even put the Ogee edge on the top of these end pieces. Thanks, Nick! Overall, we are extremely pleased with Mogastone and highly recommend them. We will definitely use them again if and when we need more granite or any other surface. Thanks to everyone there!

Mogastone did a great job from estimating through installation. Everyone with the company was professional, pleasant, punctual and turned out an exceptional product. Our new counters were a custom layout, and they delivered a perfect fit, seemingly without breaking a sweat. They hired excellent installers who worked together beautifully. We felt the price was fair. There may have been a less expensive solution, but you get what you pay for, and these counters and fireplace will help us sell our home when we decide to go. No regrets. We are very happy with the end product and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Mogastone has a great showroom location on Chapel Hill Road in Cary. We were delighted with the choices and selection of their granite inventory. The process from purchase to installation was a matter of days and the quality of workmanship was second to none! I couldn't believe their attention to detail and the way they could conceal a seam in granite. You have to really search to find it and that's hard to do. I was also inspired to try the rectangular sinks for the master bath after seeing them in the showroom. We are delighted with the results.

OUTSTANDING service from them from start to finish. We knew nothing about choosing granite but Anca made us welcome at their showroom and explained the different types of granite. She took a sample of a cabinet door the same color as ours and took us around to all of the slabs and placed the door next to the granite to help us see if it would match. Estimate gave us different pricing options for the different types of granite. Owner came out and measured and had a great experience working with him. Crew came out and was very prompt and professional with removing old countertops and installing new ones. Installation done in one day! We compared their price to a big box home improvement store and Mogastone was cheaper for the same type of granite! Now need to save up to get the master bathroom countertops done and will definitely just call Mogastone!

From the first meeting this family run business was fantastic. They were knowledgeable and there was no pressure. They made suggestions which we took. They measured and answered every question we had. They arrived on time and were clean and neat and protected the surrounding areas while installing the granite. When we had a question they got back to us with the answer after researching the question. Their selection of granite on site is fantastic. Prior to going to them we visited two other granite warehouses and found the Mogastone selection to be superior.

The Mogastone team lead by Emil showed up jut when they said they will arrive and they start working right away, carefully removing the old countertops and sinks, disconnecting water supplies and drain pipes and electrical power outlets. Then they cleaned the place and proceeded with installing the new countertops and sinks. In two hours we had everything installed and ready for the plumber to reconnect the sinks. They left the place vacuumed and clean. The countertops look great and I had been complimented since by all my friends who got to see the place. The beautiful "L" shaped kitchen countertop is one piece! They were able to cut it and installed without a crack. I was amazed. It was a real pleasure working with them. Thank you Mogastone.

We were very happy with Mogastone. They were helpful and low pressure in sales and had lots of granite slabs to look through. (different in all respects from some of their competition) They worked with us on the complexities of our particular install in a tight space and on our particular requests. They didn't nickel and dime us on price and the price seemed competitive generally. No concerns with our selection of Mogastone and we are happy with the results. They are family owned and we worked with multiple family members across the different stages of the process. (visiting them, visiting us for estimate, installation) We recommend you consider Mogastone if you're looking for granite in the triangle area.

Excellent. They arrived right on time and finished within a few hours. The granite was installed perfectly, and looks beautiful. The single-bowl sink is also nice and deep, and made from 16 gauge stainless steel, which is thicker than the average (18 gauge sink). All of the workers in this family business are friendly and helpful. They have a lot of great granites on their lot, and you can view all of their stock on their website, which is great.

My complete experience with Mogastone could not have been any better. Mogastone is a family owned and run business, and everybody that I worked with was personable, professional, and took pride in their work. Their schedule was flexible; they were punctal, and great about returning phone calls and emails. First, I met with Anka at the showroom. She spent a long time showing me slabs and helping me see all the different colors in each slab. That made it easy to visualize how the granite would look in my kitchen. I asked tons of questions and visited Mogastone several times before making my final decision. Anka was patient with me and made me feel like I was the only customer she had! Nick came out to measure. He was professional and courteous. He pointed out a problem with our cabinet installation that I hadn't noticed. We were able to have it fixed before the granite was installed. Constantine and his crew installed the granite. It looks absolutely beautiful. I was concerned about the seam showing because the slab I chose had a lot of movement and asymmetry. Mogastone did the seam in a way that is not noticeable at all. The crew left the kitchen spotless. I highly recommend Mogastone to anyone planning to purchase granite countertops.

I was seriously done with this remodeling phase. It was the last bath that needed a top, and I wanted something simple, clean, affordable and nice. I love the look of carrara marble, but was worried about the price. We used Mogastone for all of the other tops in our remodeling project (kitchen, bonus room, media room, and 2 bathrooms) and were very happy with their work, so I called them back. (We had talked to "big box" store as well as other granite companies with this prior, large scale job. Big box was priced lower, but we didn't get to "pick" our slabs. Other private granite companies we talked to had significantly higher prices, so we took a chance on Mogastone and were very pleased.) Anca found me a marble remnant that was both beautiful and reasonable (small bath vanity). She did warn me that marble wasn't recommended for baths due to how porous the material was, but this bath will be infrequently used. We decided to proceed with the marble. Truthfully, I didn't have the highest expectations and just wanted it done and checked off my list. When the installers came, courteous and professional, I busied myself around the house. When they finished the job, and I came to inspect it, my jaw dropped -- it was BEAUTIFUL. I had asked for an ogee edge, was indecisive about the back splash, and wanted the top to have more room behind the faucet to clean easier. Nick and his team did an incredible job of making this piece of marble look spectacular. The edge was complimented by an artistic framing of the back splash edge. No more indecision about the back splash -- it was definitely going in. Needless to say, I am a very happy customer. Mogastone will get my business again for our next remodeling project, and I highly recommend them. They aren't the cheapest (hard to compete with big boxes), but they have nice, unique pieces and do a great job from start to finish.

From start to finish, Mogastone was a pleasure to work with. Anca in the showroom is patient, professional and courteous. Measurement scheduling ran late and took longer than expected, but I didn't ask the right questions to anticipate how much work was involved and time required. Prices were reasonable -- not the cheapest but not the most expensive of other quotes we received. It was nice to be able to see the slabs upfront as we made our selections. We received recommendations on what materials were better suited for certain areas. Scheduling was decent, and the installers were professional and service-oriented. Our counter tops look wonderful, and we are very happy with the work! We would work with Mogastone again.

There folks are absolutely great!. The gals in the showroom were very helpful in suggesting slabs to use. They were very patient with us as we looked and looked and looked for just the right granite for our kitchen. We finally found it on their lot. They continually get new slabs in and a lot of them are unique, ones you won't find anywhere else. Once we found what we wanted Nick came right out and gave us a firm price for the job. They made a template of all of the counter tops so that they could cut the granite to fit precisely. When we decided to change the way we did the riser behind the sink Nick came back out to verify that the template would be correct. Constantine worked with us to get the layout of the templates on the granite just right so that the color movement in the granite was exactly where we wanted it. Constantine and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were very professional and did a great job of protecting our hardwood floors and cabinets. They carefully leveled the counter tops and Constantine answered all of our questions. Everything was a perfect fit and installed in a few hours. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. The finished product is spectacular! We definitely recommend Mogastone and would use them again.

It was a great experience! I had very prompt service when I went to the shop to choose the granite. Nick came out as scheduled to measure and prepare the template. The crew arrived on time on November 4 to install. The granite fits perfectly and looks wonderful! I can recommend them to anyone without hesitation. If I need any granite or stone work done in the future I will certainly use Mogastone!

Our overall experience with Mogastone was very positive. They are a family run business that takes a lot of pride in their work. THey had a great selection of stone and were very helpful in guiding us through the selection process and choosing various finishes. Anca was very knowldgeable and helpful through the pre-sale process. She was attentive, responsive and had very good follow-up. Since we were having cabinets installed at the same time, Mogastone was very helpful in coordinating the timing of the instiall with the team we had installing the cabinets. The stone we chose is absolutely georgeous. Our biggest concern, given the size of our kitchen, was to ensure that seams were minimized and very discrete. The Mogastone team did a fantastic job cutting the stone to not only minimize seams, but also match the pieces so you literally can't see the one small seam at all. The install was professional and efficient. During the install, we ran into an electrical issue that needed to be addressed or the install would have been delayed. Fortunately, Mogastone had a great releationship with the electrition and were able to get someone to the site within an hour to address the issue! We were very happy with Mogastones ability to "make it happen" for us. Once the install was done, they cleaned up and explained how to care for the counters. After the install, I noticed a small problem with an isolated section of counter. It's a 3x2 in "desk" area not connected to anything else. Based on how the custom cabinet was installed, I wasn't happy with how the counter looked as the overhang wasn't exactly the same as the rest of the counters. Its likely something no one else would have noticed, but it was something that was going to bother me everytime I saw it. I was also concerned because there was limited stone left from the slab we chose, so I wasn't sure how we were going to be able to address it. I called Mogastone to discuss it and their response was awesome. They were able to find another piece, cut it based on how the new cabinet was sized/installed, and then they came out that week to reinstall it. It now looks perfect and we are really really happy they were able to come through for us with this! Mogastone provided a quility service, at a competitive price (not highest, not lowest) and they are experts at their craft! Mogastone ONLY focuses on granite (and other stone) work, but that focus makes them extremely good at what they do. We very much enjoyed our expereince with Mogastone. We would absolutely use them again and also recommend them to others without hesitation!.

Lied about a guess estimate at the showroom to hook us into wasting a significant amount of our time. Then sent us a ridiculous quote... Then gave us a ridiculous excuse that based on my extremely accurate sketch (I'm an architect), they had calculated 94sqft instead of 61; which required amazing lack of shame or stunning stupidity or absurdly horrible math skills. Did I mention the sketch was extremely accurate measurements in inches n that I mentioned the exact square footage various times? If you have a variance of >50% w the customer's calculation you should call them to clarify any misunderstandings, before insulting their intellect. But there could hardly be any misunderstandings... I'm done sketches for projects for years and never had such a horrendous misinterpretation; which means they were trying to gauge us because the noticed that my wife is a doctor! If they do this, they are not honest at all and will screw you at their first opportunity. Beware!!!

Absolutely everything about this process went ever so smoothly! Our job was to keep them informed as to the progress of our project so Mogastone could plan to come out to measure as soon as we were ready. Mogastone indicated a promised turnaround for the installation and did so on time. We look forward to working with them on our next project, the master bathroom.

Excellent job was done. The crew arrived at 8:00 am and then was completed by 11:30. Very organized and professional work. They put down drop cloths on the carpet in the hall and on the kitchen floor. After completing the job, the kitchen looked even cleaner than I thought I had it. The granite looked beautiful and my husband and I were very thrilled. The process from measuring, picking out the granite and ordering the granite was great. I felt that Nick thought about what we wanted and made us feel like family when he talked to us. Great experience for us. We plan to have them do some more work in our house in the bathrooms and possible some in the basement. I would recommend them to all my friends. We really like to help the family businesses in the area.

MogaStone was first rate, from the initial visit to the showroom, where we were assisted by Anka, to the measuring and template process, by Nick Moga, to the installation, with Constantine Moga and crew. They are a family business, and handle all aspects of the job, from sales and slab selection, to fabrication, to the final installation process. Their price might have been a few dollars higher than some others, but it covered everything, with no add ons or surprises. They are truly a class act, start to finish.
