+ -1 moreI get regular maintenance done on my unit twice a year. They've been doing maintenance on my units for like 25 years. It's like $120 a year for two maintenance visits per unit. My units are 25 years old, they're still going, I've done this every year like I do my cars. The guys know what they're doing, they don't make a mess, they explain things to me.

+ -1 moreExcellent service, very good price for the make model selected. Installation was completed promptly and completely. I asked for recommendations for the replacement unity and was able to conduct research to verify my selection and pricing.
Description of Work: Air conditioning condenser coils had a leak. I chose to replace the heating and air conditioning central system due to its age. Cost does not include state sales tax. Seer rating and heat efficiency rating qualified me for Federal tax benefits.
